Ashenvale

Ashenvale is a wondrous forest protected valiantly by the residing Night Elves against the Horde who pillage and desecrate their forests. But whilst the Night Elves and the Orcs engage themselves in a war over the lands, more threats dwell within: Demons, Naga, Satyr and more lurk around the corners. Is there anyone willing to gather arms and fight against these enemies, or will squabbles over trees be the death of the Alliance and the Horde?

Friendly Forces

Alliance Crest Alliance

Warsong Lumber Camp in Ashenvale
  • Maestra's Post - looks to be more of a supply base or a resting place, but it is still well provisioned.
  • Astranaar - A Night Elven village located roughly in the middle of Ashenvale. Various soldiers patrol it's borders and it's well provisioned.
  • Raynewood Retreat - A tower seemingly for three Keepers of the Grove. With Faerie dragons, Dryads, a watchtower to the south with even more Dryads, along with Sentinels, this would be very difficult to take down.
  • Silverwing Outpost - A small but heavily guarded outpost that's northwest of Warsong Labor Camp.

Horde Crest Horde

  • Zoram'Gar Outpost - located on The Zoram Strand, fight a losing battle against nearby Naga to gain control over the beaches.
  • Splintertree Post - A Horde outpost in the east of Ashenvale that has a couple of towers surrounding it. They're armed with Goblin Shredders who do the main work in cutting down huge trees, though they're used for military uses as well. Being in enemy territory, they're well prepared in defending their main base.
  • Warsong Labor Camp - A pretty small camp south of Splintertree post that just has some peons and a fair amount of shredders and guards.
  • Warsong Lumber Camp - A large settlement where shredders have completely decimated the area around it. A place that gathers resources that's also a military base.

Enemy settlements

Raynewood Retreat in Ashenvale
  • Felfire Hill - Located south of the Warsong Lumber Camp lies a corrupted land filled with demons from the Burning Legion.
  • Demon Fall Canyon - The place where the legendary Grom Hellscream slew monstrous Mannorath, it's now littered with Demons and the land is corrupted beyond repair. The overseer is a Dreadlord known as Gorgannon. Very close to the south of Felfire Hill
  • Satyrnaar - A camp filled with vile Satyr who are north-east of Splintertree Post. They've seemingly shown no goals or targets that explain their presence in Ashenvale. Yet.
  • Xavian - A hill that's literally right next to Satyrnaar, the extra hanful of fierce demons can watch Satyrnaar's activity with ease and act as reinforcements.
  • Bloodtooth Camp - A relatively small camp of corrupted Furbolgs led by Ran Bloodtooth. South-west of Silverwing Outpost.
  • Greenpaw Village - North-east of Silverwind Refuge, the Elves fight a losing battle against the vast number of Furbolgs at Greenpaw Village. As if their numbers weren't enough, they've even enslaved an Ancient and bent it's will to follow their commands.
  • Night Run - Another camp filled with Satyr, these demons are east of Raynewood Retreat and could be a threat in the future.
  • The Howling Vale - Cleverly hidden away, these Worgen will attack travellers remorselessly, take anything of value and devour their corpse. And to add, through their cave is a shrine to Elune which they defile with their very presence.
  • Fire Scar Shrine - Dozens of demons reside here who probably have some sort of plan against the Alliance or the Horde. Near The Shrine to Aessina, they reside south-west of Astranaar.
  • Thistlefur Village - It's a big understatement to call this place a village. There are dozens upon dozens of corrupted Furbolgs camped here and furthermore, further in they even have a hold where even more Furbolgs reside. It would take a tremendous amount of effort and cunning to take down this area. Located north of Astranaar.
  • The Ruins of Ordil'Aran - Located north-east of Maestra's post, a mysterious warlock clan seem to have taken their place in these ruins. Their purpose is unknown, but if it's a cultist group, you know there's trouble.
  • The Zoram Strand - A beach littered with Naga. They don't seem to be much of a threat, but it looks as if the Horde has reasons for wanting it. Maybe its just for the sake of having more land.
