During engineering work
Glonick will generally wear some small engineering goggles, sometimes over his eyes whilst at other times around his forehead or hairline. Some shabby, oil-stained trousers held up by some black or brown braces around his shoulders aswell as a cream coloured shirt.
During battle or training
During battle or training for battle, Glonick's garments will be made of leather. Over his torso will be some sort of vest made of thick, kodo-hide leather. Similarly with his trousers, he will wear some thick kodo-hide leggings. On his belt will be a sheath holding various pieces of dynamite, aswell as two rather long daggers.
During formal events
Depending on what event it is, he will usually wear a black tuxedo with some dark brown or black dress-shoes. A brown fedora is often optional for Glonick to wear.
Other information
Glonick has a burn-scar on his right forearm, gained during an explosion from dynamite whilst experimenting and trying to create some explosive inventions.

Personality
Glonick does not have any religion. He has brief knowledge of the light, acknowledges it highly-possible existence but has a generally agnostic belief. He is 101 years old, so he is quite mature for his age. But after countless years of working with explosives, he does have a few hearing difficulties and can be called rather 'mad'.
He takes a keen interest in engineering with the life-time ambition of inventing something so unique, so versatile and of such high-demand to be inducted into the political hierarchy of the people of Gnomeregan seeking exile in Ironforge. He strives to be one of the first people to discover the "next level" of technology, though it is unclear what the "next level" consists of.
Due to having little or no encounters in his or his family's history with Orcs, Tauren, Trolls or Blood Elves, he does not have anything against them and could be seen as quite curious about them. The Forsaken and Troggs however, are different. The Forsaken are not a respectable race in Glonick's eyes. He believes that all things should die, including the Forsaken, despite being caught under the curse of undeath. He has an all-time hatred for Troggs because they (quite literally) hit close to home, with the attacks on Gnomeregan.
Being quite an active person, Glonick is rather agile and quick. He has a sneaky trait which, is some cases allow him to slip past some individuals being unnoticed. With his ever-growing thirst for knowledge, he has has taken an interest in adverturing and exploring in search for new materials to use or information to help build the "ultimate technological advancement" - whatever that is.
History
Glonick was born in Gnomeregan. He was an out-going child despite being far underground. Aged 21 he had access to his first proper engineering set. It came with the typical gnomish engineering gear; goggles fit for any size, a wrench, hammer, screwdriver and screws and schematics. Immediately he got stuck into working on his first project; a pocket-watch; using the instructions he got with the kit.
This pocket-watch soon made Glonick realise what time meant to himself as well as a lot of other people. With time you could tell when certain things were to happen, you could practically control a lot of things. He soon had to evacuate Gnomeregan after his family was killed by the radiation bomb dropped by Sicco Thermaplugg. He quickly settled into Ironforge.
As he grew older, he had been working with cogs and watches for a while. They were in his heart. After he moved to Ironforge, he began to explore on what opportunities he had to find new equipment and investigations. He had soon become increasingly curious with bombs and explosives after being introduced to them by a dwarf. With this introduction, it began to make him tick faster during his exploration of the use of it.
He experimented with explosions, how they happened and why they did. With his already existant knowledge of time and watches, he came up with an idea.
An extract from Glonick's Diary in gnomish
I was to take a stick of dynamite with a certain-sized fuse and light it. I had to step back and time it. I timed how long it took to explode the stick on average. I then attached some rock around the fuse and tied a small watch-like system to it. You would wind the clock to a time and is would reverse back to zero, triggering two flint rocks to click together, creating a spark that would light the fuse. I created a piece of "time-dynamite".
The way I timed it was by adding the average time the dynamite fuse took to explode and adding it onto a time on the clock. If the dynamite took six seconds, the minimum time would be seven seconds. Easy!
His experiment however, did not always work. The flint rocks would not always produce a spark to light the fuse. He has been working on this schematic for a long time.
The Regiment
He very nearly set off to leave Ironforge to try and find some sort of fire-making materials, however before he got through the main gates he came across a poster advertising 'The Regiment' cavalry.
He was intrigued by The Regiment and wanted to use his skills in explosives to become a part of The Regiment as a demolition expert. He was soon recruited into The Regiment. They saw his skills fit to be a part of their team. Despite being a recruit in The Regiment, he still finds time to try and work on his inventions.
Ball's Well That Ends Well
During The Regiment's return ball for General Thaim Wodanson, Glonick took up the role of creating a firework display in the water. Various fireworks were on display for the public to see. Everything went well; until Glonick was tackled. An ex-Gnomeregan soldier who was recovering from war-flashbacks was disturbed by the fireworks and tackled Glonick at the end of the display. Glonick was only left shocked and various members of The Regiment fended Glonick from the ex-soldier doing any more damage.
