Personality

Alignment: Neutral

Though he may come off as slow in the head at most times, he's really that one person you know that always has a plan for something. He -does- have a bit of brain-rot, which effected some of his memories. He isn't quick to anger and can take much abuse and not care so much at all. Through living his life as he did, he has a high tolerance of lots of things that'd bug someone else. Through both of his deaths, he's grown tired of anything having him as an assassin while he'll still go through with missions that require him to kill a certain person, he won't like it too much. Being brought back twice made him think he's never gonna -truly- be dead, as the world will somehow find a way to bring him back. One thing that is always on his mind, did his daughter ever grow up to be happy and did his wife ever find happiness, after his death. Deep down, he wishes he could know the answer, but he also thinks he'll never get that chance.

History

The life of an assassin. This was the life Wick chose to live in Stratholme. Before he made the choice however, he was just a regular farmer, as the rest of the men in his family were. It was one day when a shady individual came up to him and asked him a question, "Would you be interested in helping the people of Stratholme? In a better way from what you're doing?" At first Wick thought it to be a bad idea, yet he still found himself nodding. He was told to meet the man in a location he hadn't been to himself and as he arrived, he was greeted with a question, "Will you go with what we have planned? Do know, there is no turning back, should you accept." He merely nodded, stepping inside the building. Over the next few years, he went through their training, the training to mold him into the perfect assassin. "Failure is not an option, failure is death." This was the line imprinted in his head and he lived by it.

As he finished the training, he began going through contracts with the others that had completed the training. Though he got off with a shaky start almost being caught once, he grew to be the best he could be at the job. After a year of taking contracts and being successful, he was given the nickname 'The Shade' by those that knew him.

Many years passed before he became the leader of his small group, being the one to carry out and assign missions appropriately. He had also started a life with someone he met, the two marrying and having a little girl together. Life was good, as he had much money from his job he did so well.

On one fateful day, he received a contract to kill someone. He knew this person to be heavily guarded, so he decided he'd take his best friend and one of his trusted officers, Richard Byriff. Upon reaching their target, who happened to be inside a house, they moved in for the kill...when Richard called out as he backed away from Wick, "Now!" Lights turned on all around him and he saw he was surrounded by around twelve men, his target and Richard among them. Under his mask, he sighed and glanced at the traitor. One blade pointed at him, he merely said, "You will answer to this, that I promise." In a flash, he threw a smoke bomb down, easily taking out three of his foes. The fight dragged on for ten minutes before it was down to Wick, Richard, and the target. Tired from the fighting, Wick was unable to take them both on, taking three blades to his chest. As he felt them go in, he slashed at his foes, causing them to back away, the blades being left in the same spots. He backed away, coughing up blood and falling to a knee, a hand on the ground. As his vision blurred, he muttered something about his family, before dislodging one of the smaller blades in his cloak and throwing it at his target. His target, who wasn't ready, took the blade to his head. Wick then hit the floor, coughing and grinning as he bled out...

Stratholme was hit by the Plague later that day and Wick was among those to be raised as a mindless follower. After years of preying on the living as a servant of the Lich King, he finally got his free will back and pledged his loyalty to the Dark Queen. He decided to go back to doing what he was known for, being an assassin. He was sent on -many- missions and there was not one he had trouble with, for a time. This granted him the name 'Wicky the Icky', this name coming from a group of elves he worked with on a mission. Through one of his missions, he learned that both his wife and daughter made it out out Stratholme in time. While this brought him some joy, he also had sadness, as he realized he could not see them again.

There was one mission he was sent on in the Plaguelands. He was to assist the Argent Dawn in taking out a troublesome Lich in the area and his talents with dealing with targets would be needed. So the group began their fight with the Lich...when leagues of Scourge appeared around them, a few death knights with them. As he looked around, he grunted and sighed, muttering, "Are you kidding me? I'm screwed...again..." His group fought, until they could fight no more. Wick was one of the last few up, the death knight he was fighting obviously having much trouble with him. As Wick saw an opportunity for one of his men to escape, he drew on the attention of everyone by mortally wounding the death knight, while taking his blade head on. Before he died, he managed to get out, "...f**k...you."

It seemed the world was not done with this man just yet. He was risen yet again, this time was a one of the Lich King's death knights. Because of his fight with the Lich and more importantly the death knight who killed him, it was decided he would be more than just an initiate. A few years passed and he carried out his tasks as instructed. He quickly rose to be one of the champions of the Lich King, not being as high in ranking as the more important ones, but close. After the battle at Light's Hope, he joined the Ebon Blade and set out for one mission in particular...

He had gotten word of a certain individual running a group of assassins...the same assassins he was once in charge of. Not caring for stealth any-longer, he blasted down the door and looked directly at the face of the traitor, his former best friend, an aged Richard. There was much fear in his face as Wick slowly walked towards him, a blade in his hand and the plants around him dying as he passed, "I told you...You would answer to what you did." Richard tried to fight back, but was easily handled by the death knight. In an act of revenge he raised the man as a mindless follower, retrieving the mask he had died wearing before he left, leaving to report back to Acherus for the next mission...
