From an early age has she had trouble reading and she got glasses custom made for her.

Personality

Nevael is usually calm and calculating, observing the situation before opening her mouth. Should she not know something, she refuses to admit she doesn't know it. After her fight with an Orc, Nevael discovered she has a sadistic side, taking pleasure in torturing her enemies should she get the chance. Should one make fun of her glasses, Nevael gives him/her a warning and if they continue, she is not afraid to burn this person. Once Nevael accepted humans but after the Blood Elves split from the Alliance, she started hating them. She accepts many members of the Horde as a necessary evil to help aid the progress of the Sin’Dorei. She enjoys tailoring a lot as it reminds her of her youth, better times in her eyes. Nevael is a coward in combat, letting others fight her fights for her. Nevael is loyal to Silvermoon and her house. In the end, her family comes before all.

History

Nevael was born in the respected noble family Amberdawn. Both her parents were Mages, her mother was a tailor too. She started training from the early age of eleven in the arts of the Arcane. From the age of sixteen, Nevael started practicing with her mother on tailoring. Nevael was proud of her all her creations. At the age of fifty, Nevael was good enough with her magic to combine both arts. She used her Arcane knowledge to tailor things. Though it was fun and a lot easier and quicker but she preferred to use her hands.

For about hundred years, she spent with her parents and at a private school. She practiced both her arts as much as she could, often combining the two out of boredom. When she was one hundred and twenty, she met a man. Over the years the two fell in love and once she was one hundred and forty-two of age, she married him. Over the course of the years she was blessed with three wonderful children. Her days were now filled with taking care of her children and taking care of the house. Those few moments she had time for herself, she spent tailoring on her own creations.

The First War arrived. Nevael received reports of Orcs ravaging the human lands but she didn’t care much for it seeing as her kind wasn’t really affected. The Second War came. Nevael joined the war effort along with her parents. She saw both of them perish by the hands of the Orcs. Nevael was devastated by the loss of both her parents and returned home to her husband and her children. She spent time with them and with her new job as matron of the house until the Third War arrived.

When Arthas started his march on Silvermoon, Nevael was working in her house and her oldest child ran up to her. After some debate with her child, she gave in and when she went out to look, she was horrified by the approaching army. Her fear almost won but she knew she had a responsibility to her people. She ordered her family to leave Silvermoon while she took her magic, a small group of soldiers and took the fight to the Scourge. She bought many of her kin, including her own family, enough time to flee. She saw the endless army of undead coming at her and her men. She turned into a coward and ran, leaving her soldiers to die. She has never forgiven herself for this cowardice. A while later she discovered her addiction to magic, she needed a cure. She lost sight of her family during her time running. She fled with Kael’thas to Outland. Here she found the ‘cure’ to her and her kin’s addiction, the Fel. She felt weak for abandoning her men in Silvermoon and due to her already great need for the Arcane, she fed on the Fel in excessive amounts. The Fel slowly started changing her. She started experimenting with the Fel and her abilities. As time progressed, she turned away from the Arcane and to the Fel. She became addicted to it.

In Outland, Nevael came across a group of Orcs and they attacked her group on sight. Nevael’s men fought valiantly and only one was left standing and got captured. Before returning to camp, the Orc called Nevael weak and spineless for using reading glasses. Nevael, in a fit of rage, threw a Chaos Bolt in the Orc’s face. The Orc screamed in pain and Nevael discovered she liked to pain her enemies. She ordered the men with her to leave her alone with the Orc. At first the men refused, fearing for her safety but she kept insisting and promised them she would their heads on a spike. The men eventually gave in and left her with the Orc. Nevael looked at the Orc, still screaming in pain and gave him even more pain, including a permanent scar on his forehead. Eventually, she got bored with the Orc and his pain and left him in the dirt, near death while she returned to camp.

Nevael and her kin returned to Silvermoon after the exodus to rebuild and spread the news of a ‘cure’. She became reunited with her family once more and returned to her work as matron of the house. She fed on Fel crystals in her dorm when no one was around to look on a daily basis. Only after the Sunwell was restored she stopped using Fel crystals on a daily basis, using them only when she feels weak or stressed out. Eventually, she received reports of the Cataclysm and Deathwing but since it didn’t involve the majority of the Blood Elves or her family in anyway, she didn’t pay much attention to it. Her days are now filled with taking care of the house and her family.
