Appearance

In town he would rarely be seen out of his uniform, a clean pressed green jacket bearing various insignia of Kul Tiras and her Marine Corps, white slacks with green stripe and polished leather boots. At sea or in battle he is in his Marine plate armor.

Personality

Lindsay could be described as a level headed person. He could be. Most would tend to call him a bit quiet or perhaps even venture to say he's a loner. He picks and chooses his words carefully, mulling over topics in his head before voicing a response. He handles himself with dignity in all things, and takes care to treat women especially well. As pensive as he can come across, in battle he embodies the opposite state of mind, quick decisions and extreme violence become his creed.

History

Wealth flows through Kul Tiras like lifeblood through the arteries of her people. It is ever present, perhaps even a bit corrupting to some. Lindsay was born to a middle of the table family, neither exuberantly wealthy nor particularly poor. His father was a long serving Marine who rode into battle with the Kul Tiras fleet in the second war, his life spilled across the deck of an unremembered barge in a less than glorious battle. Tales of his father's bravery and sacrifice in the face of the Orcish Horde were passed down by his mother, who at the time had been pregnant with Lindsay. Knowing he would struggle growing up without a father, she named the boy Lindsay that he might learn early to fend for himself as she could not teach him the ways of living as a man herself.

In his early teens, having already hit his peak height of 5'6", the young Lindsay began the grooming process of a young aristocrat but was discontent with his schooling. Even at this relatively advanced age he was preoccupied by tales of bravery and sacrifice, tales of war on the high seas. He once quipped that the seas called to him in a poem that found its way to the very seas it described as a crumpled wad of parchment.

At the age of 17 he began training with the Marines of Kul Tiras, going through their rigorous training with gusto and relative ease, not through physical superiority but through sheer will and want to be encircled in this great brotherhood.

Fresh from his training, assigned to a trade ship, the Third War struck and he was mobilized to the main fleet for their strike against the scourge in Lordaeron. Even the proud Marines of Kul Tiras found the scourge too great a threat and were pushed back from Lordaeron by the great enemy. The fractured fleet limped back to Kul Tiras and months later, somewhat rebuilt, the fleet moved to Kalimdor, taking Lindsay with it. He saw battle against the Orcs, raiding coastal settlements as part of a larger push towards the city of Orgrimmar. Once Tiragarde keep was established many of the Marines were stationed there, Lindsay included. Through some fortune, Lindsay escaped the slaughter that befell the keep, being cycled from the stone walls and back to his homeland in the weeks prior to the fall of Tiragarde.

Things have settled down a bit and, with extended shore leave stamped, Lindsay seeks to explore the Eastern Kingdoms.

Abilities

Left Handed
Lindsay is left handed, though he dual wields weapons. The mirrored fighting style of most people might throw off unexperienced and experienced combatants alike.
