History

Zin'da Darkspear, was born during an especially rough time for the Darkspear trolls. In Stranglethorn Vale the tribal rivalries were growing more and more intense. As such, Zin'da grew up in a very violent time. At a young age, her father decided that it would be best for her to go to the temples they had and begin training to become a Loa priestess. During her training as a priestess, she was forced to use her powers to heal the soldiers who would be wounded in combat. She hated it, because all she did was tend to those who were dying. This scared her and made her fear death. However, being a female troll at this time she did whatever the men said, whenever they said it.

Eventually, she turned seventeen, the age of adulthood among trolls and it was up to her to decide which Loa she would ask for blessings and worship. Atop the altar, she brought the bones of her fallen brothers and made her choice. Bwonsamdi. The Guardian of the Dead. After being accepted, she was sent to go out and fight in the tribal wars. Although, she was injured on many occasions she managed to survive. During these battles, is when she got the name Zin'da, meaning 'dead servant'. She worshiped Bwonsamdi and used her powers to kill enemy trolls. However, her participation in the battles did not change the fate of the Darkspear. They were pushed out of Stranglethorn Vale and ended up on the Broken Isles.

On the Broken Isles, Zin'da helped to rebuild and made life bearable. It was only bearable because of the constant murloc invasions and the stormy weather created by their leader Zar'jira, the Sea Witch. Zin'da and the other trolls including Sen'jin fought daily to protect their new life here but it seemed that they would lose. Until, Thrall and the Horde came. With the help of Thrall and his orcs they managed to kill Zar'jira, but at a cost. Not only was the island going to sink into the ocean, but Sen'jin the leader of the Darkspears sacrificed his life to kill her. Zin'da and the others followed Thrall to Kalimdor. Arriving at Kalimdor, they were thrust directly into the Third War against the Burning Legion. There, she continued to use her powers to fight off the demons. Eventually, the war was ended and Zin'da went with her people. They travelled south to Durotar. Thrall and the Orcs began to set up Orgrimmar in northern Durotar, while the trolls established Sen'jin Village and found a new home on the Echo Isles to the south.

She left the Echo Isles to go to the newly finished Orgrimmar and work in the Valley of Spirits along with some of the other Loa priests. There, she mastered the Orcish language and continued to practice her abilities. She stayed in Orgrimmar until going with a few priests to the north. Arriving in Borean Tundra, she was soon sent up to Dragonblight where she was defending an advance upon a newly-built Agmar's Hammer. She died in that battle.

Waking up in Acherus, a mindless Scourge Death Knight she, along with the other Death Knights, was trained in the necropolis for one specific purpose... The Scarlet Crusade and the Argent Dawn' destruction. She was given a new last name and trained with the other Adepts. When the time came, Zin'da Plaguetusk grabbed her runeblades 'Pestilence' and 'War' and charged down with the others completely annihilating the Scarlet Crusade' cities of Havenshire, New Avalon and their remaining armies. They now set their sights on Light's Hope. During the battle for Light's Hope, Zin'da's free will was returned as she was freed from the grasp of the Lich King. However, things were different for her. She found herself to no longer care about her comrades or even about the Lich King. She was her own person, and she would do whatever the hell she wanted. However, she played along and joined the Knights of the Ebon Blade in acquiring Acherus. After making 'peace' with the Horde, she left Orgrimmar practicing her new powers and mastering the dead.
