Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: He is typically seen in a rather primitive looking garb. Or at least, primitive to those outside of the Troll tribes. It would be seen as something prestigious in the right crowd.

Other: He has various amounts of brews and potions on him at all times, as well as a rather eery looking carved skull that rattles slightly whenever he takes a step.

Personality

To many, he can seem a little... crazy. Overdramatic and slightly eccentric, he tends to take pride in what he does and strangers often see him proclaiming "STAND ASIDE. I BE A DOCTAH!" with a victorious gesture before going to cure someone's ailments with strange potions. But for as slightly deranged as he is, there is indeed a Troll who seems inspired to help people. Or maybe it's to show off. The same end is achieved, however, even if half his time is also used delving into trickery.

But at the same time, as simple and friendly as he may seem, he can be a rather dark and cruel individual when he's threatened or forced to fight against a foe. The peaceful visage is rather quickly shattered even if he doesn't like someone. It's not uncommon for him to refuse treating someone for seemingly no reason. His random mood swings may lead to questioning of his mental stability, but hey, just don't wave a dagger in his face and he'd be happy to cure your problems. From a broken face to hair loss.

History

From a young age, Zetugo was always seen as... a little unusual. Not so much to be labelled a freak, but there were times where it was abundantly clear that he simply wasn't like other Trolls his age. He did, however, have great curiosity. He used to attempt to try and make two things into one, or generally combine things. Some of these bizarre things were unsuccessful attempts to make tigers and raptors mate, but others were just combining plants and other ingredients into brews.

He was terrible at it.

Well, terrible at finding the ones that actually gave beneficial effects. A lot of the time he was either damaging his health or poisoning himself, but fortunately... there was a rather talented Witch Doctor in the village. The young Zetugo was a frequent customer of his, and upon finding out there was actually reason to his madness, the old Witch Doctor decided to take him on as an apprentice. Sure enough, Zetugo was a quick learner once pointed in the right direction. Of course, he was tasked with getting the ingredients himself, and this did lead to him having to create health potions frequently.

The oddity soon became an alchemical prodigy, but that was only half the part of being a Witch Doctor. The other half was taming the spirits and using voodoo magic. Discovering what he could accomplish, however, only bolstered his determination to get further ahead in life. Truth be told, his will to pursue this goal came from his longing to do away with the illusion he wouldn't amount to anything. That, and helping people wasn't so bad. Maybe. Possibly. Could've just been he was wanting people's attention! But that's a story for another time. And a psychologist's area of expertise.

Fast forward a couple of decades and you have an aged Troll carrying on his role of successor and dabbling with potions and magic. A fairly renown individual as well, for his recipes have cured quite a few people of their ailments. Unfortunately, village life was about to get crashed by some stupid looking tiny people in green and fish people dragging people off to worship their fish god. Quite the inconvinience at any rate. You'd then find green body-builders from a distance deciding to lend a helping hand, because hey, why not? Fortunately the Orcs came at a good time and their help was appreciated.

When they crossed the sea and settled on Durotar, Zetugo acted as a medic during The Third War, coming to the conclusion that this was his ultimate test of Witch Doctor-y. He escaped with minimal wounds, having only rarely engaged in combat. Once he was done, he simply roamed here and there, giving out aid to strangers and attempting to get his name known.

Skills and Abilities

As a Witch Doctor, he is a master alchemist. With bizarre ingredients and using the power of the spirits, he is able to make a very large variety of brews, but only carry a few of them at a time. He may also inflict pain, suffering and fear using voodoo and shadow magic, including the warping of people's minds. Using the spirits of nature, he may also inflict or banish diseases, and generally control nature to a minor extent.

Voodoo Doll: Using a doll made of wax or tallow, the Witch Doctor can bind someone's skin, blood or hair to it, curse it, and then curse the target. The doll only has limited use, however, before it disintegrates and cannot be re-used. The Witch Doctor can inflict a few minor wounds, or a couple of major wounds, before this happens. The victim feels what is done to the doll at any range, but only if they are on the same plane.

Chant: What may look like a crazed man waving a stick around and yelling gibberish may in fact be what's causing you to cry in pain. Using ritualistic chants, the Witch Doctor can inflict large amounts of mental pain upon single or multiple targets.

Death Rattle: The Witch Doctor can use a unique, cursed rattle to create a frightening cacophony. With voodoo magic, those who hear it's rhythmic affect are struck with terror of a fierce sort.

Shaka Brew: When a few drops of the brew are added to a potion, it's effects are greatly augmented.

Bambe Brew: When a few drops of the brew is added to a potion, it's duration is greatly increased.

Zuvembi Brew: When a few drops of the brew is added to a liquid, the imbiber will find themselves under the control of the Witch Doctor for a short duration. Naturally, this is easier said than done due to having to trick someone into drinking it.

Bend Will: Using Shadow Magic, the Witch Doctor may take control of those perhaps of weaker minds and suddenly cause their allegiances to change, turning them against their allies for seemingly no reason. Or alternatively, dominating their mind as if they were puppets.(Those of weaker minds are typically not players. Victims will generally be NPCs)

Sear Mind: The Witch Doctor may use Shadow Magic on an individual and twist their mind. He may erase memories from their conscience, or craft entire new ones. This is only possible to perform on those who are sleeping or are knocked unconscious. The victims would experience horrible pain, and when they awake, would be utterly confused or even have a loosened grip on reality. This does, however, require a slightly complex ritual with particular circumstances. (This is done only with player permission.)

Control Nature: To a minor extent, the Witch Doctor may awaken the spirits of nature and bend it to his will. They're by far from being as talented as a Druid or Shaman, however, but with this they can also bring forth or banish diseases. (Though, a skilled healer can dispel these easily)
