Zephra is a curious, youthful and intelligent Draenei. Being quite young by Draenei years, she's learned to adapt a lot more quicker to Azeroth than others of her race. She's fascinated by the races and wonders of the world, having a wanderlust that she must often sate. She isn't a loner by all means, but likes solitude when she wishes to travel, independent and free from any obligations or bonds. For now, her goal in life is just to roam and move with the flow.

Despite being quite self-centered and typically doing what benefits her the most, she does take pity on the weak and helpless. She will go out of her way to assist those who are in a tight spot and won't ask for a reward in turn. Doesn't mean she won't take one if it's gestured and not terribly expensive. On the flip side, she isn't a stranger to odd jobs and will take up assignments for some coin since currency still proves a factor in the wanderer's life. As long as the task does not seem amoral to her, she'll complete it to the best of her abilities.

She has an opinion on all races, but they tend to differ and change with each passing day. For facts, she distrusts orcs and blood elves but finds humans and Night Elves acceptable. All other races are at a flat neutral. She gives everyone a chance to make a good impression on her. Ideally, she tries to stay away from combat, but is willing and able to use violence to defend herself or others. If she wants something, she'll work for it.

History

Zephra was brought up in a small village near Nagrand on the planet of Draenor. Her parents were devout believers in the Light and talented arcanists. She was brought up under the impression that she'd follow in their footsteps, but she only took to one aspect. Growing up, she often ignored elders and teaching of the Naaru to do her own thing. She did take in the arcane teachings her parents instructed her in, finding that the inscription of runes was the safest way to use arcane. She could be often found dragging a tome nearly a fourth of her size around when felt mobile, studying on the go. Once she was old enough, she was often found exploring and wandering the plane. Enthralled by the beauty of the landscape, she would travel for weeks without purpose, simply to enjoy the sights and find new wonders. Zephra often met and greeted orcs in her travels, finding them to have a life-style that was better suited for her. She made friends and even progressed into a romance with one open minded green-skin, but it was not to last.

The orcs soon turned violent, attacking and slaughtering the Draenei. Zephra herself was directly attacked during one secret meeting when the corrupted Orc mate lashed out at her. She managed to fend off the assault, fleeing for her life with a quick use of a teleportation scroll. It brought her to Shattrath, before the orcs laid siege to the city, where she found out that her village was razed to the ground and that none survived. Mournful of her parents' passing, she joined the caravans that fled to Zangarmarsh. There she gathered with what remained of the Draenei race, moving to take over one of the wings of Tempest Keep when the time was right. She actually avoided combat, moving with the civilians when they were rushed on board. She thought they got away when they slipped into the Twisting Nether, but didn't realize the engine failure until it was too late.

She was knocked out when the Exodar crashed into Azeroth, severely injuring her. She was luckily found by survivors and was given medical attention. Once she was back up on her feet, Zephra assisted the efforts to settle the Draenei into this strange, new world. However when such was done, she couldn't ignore her wanderlust that urged her to leave the Isles. She found herself in love with the Kaldorei homeland and the new lands the Orcs settled in. She searched each of the areas, though much more limited in the latter due to hostilities from the Horde. She's yet to visit much of the Eastern Kingdoms, a personal goal to complete at some point. While the Burning Crusade and the Lich King's event took place, Zephra was far away from such conflicts, content to be in her little own bubble of space. She witness enough horror during the Draenei-Orc war, more would only cause her pain and sorrow.

For now, she enjoys her free life style now, able to survive off conjured food and water when there was none to be found and wears clothes adapted from her wardrobe and natives. Only fate and chance will determine where this wanderer floats to!
