Appearance

He usually wears red and black colored clothing and armor, both as a preference and symbol of his race, and rarely seen without his Blood Knight tabard.

Other: Has a piercing near the lower base of his left ear, wearing a small unadorned silver band. He also wears a silver pendant of crossed twin blades, with the Blood Elven phoenix insignia as a backdrop.

Personality

He is quite intellectual, having a passion for studying the past, and to learn new things. A pacifist at heart, he only relies on violence as a last resort, or when others' lives are in peril. Extremely protective of those close to him, stemmed from the loss he suffered from the Scourge's attack on Quel'thalas, he always puts himself in harm's way for others. As such, he desires power in hope to never lose those he cherish again, but he despises gaining power through force. Although a pacifist, he isn't above torture and murder, but he reserves this only to those who he sees deserve it, and as such, only a few. Despite being protective, he is distrustful of others, scarred from the events he has experienced and warned from the records he has read. He is also inherently introverted, and speaks most only when either spoken to, or comes across an idea he is passionately against. He may also disobey orders behind a superior's back, if it is against his ideals or if it is for the greater good.

Finally, as with every other Sin'dorei, he has an addiction for the arcane, sometimes bordering on extreme, but still remaining in control, as to not turn Wretched.

History

Born in Fairbreeze Village, Xinth was quite average as a High Elven boy, except that he was quite interested in the going-ons in the world. He studied histories and records, despite some being barred from view. He and his parents were followers of The Light, a belief brought on by the Alliance of Lordaeron. His life was mostly uneventful until the Scourge's attack on Quel'thalas, roughly seven years ago. He and his parents were on Silvermoon that day on a trip to buy some supplies for their inn. During the assault, he got separated from them, and lost them during the commotion. Being dragged against his will out of the city by some of the elven rangers, he escaped with his life, as the city was set ablaze. He later found out that his parents didn't share the same fate.

Furious at the loss, he joins the others in Prince Kael'thas's plot to avenge their fallen race. Sometime between this time and then, the Alliance have shunned the Sin'dorei and were accepted to the ranks of the Horde. When opportunity came, Xinth, now aged a hundred and thirteen, turned down the chance to join the Prince in Draenor, now called Outland, and opted to help in the defense of Silvermoon if it is ever to be attacked again. With the Prince's "gift," the fallen Naaru M'uru, the Sin'dorei began to take the Light as another power, and he joined the cause. Finding out the process of gaining power, he went behind the backs of the Knight-Lords and the Matriarch and gained the Light through the belief he had as a child, the belief he and his parents had. He put on a facade whenever he was asked, as to not be punished, as to not be labeled a traitor.

Completing his training roughly a year later, he has been promoted as one of the Masters of the Order of Blood Knights, receiving praise. After his training, he remained as Silvermoon's guardian, defending the city from threat. He remained in Silvermoon even through the wars that ravaged the land and his Horde allies, even through the events in the Blasted Lands. He remained a guardian until the prince's men returned, until the prince betrayed the people. This time, the Blood Knight Order were forgiven by the Naaru, and given access to the Light freely, and so, he drops his facade.

Hearing the prince's plans, he joins a group to help the Shattered Sun Offensive's cause. Fighting in Quel'danas against his fel-corrupted brethren, but remaining on the defensive side, and he was never one to witness the events inside the Sunwell, nor what happened to the treacherous prince. After claiming victory, he returned to Silvermoon to return to his duty of protecting the city.

A couple of months have passed since then, and he was summoned to the Blood Knight's hold in Farstrider's Square in Silvermoon. He was informed of the plague that has broken, and the war that has been declared. He has been relieved from his post as a guardian, and is now sent to aid the Horde.
