Wilhelm is a rather relaxed man as of late. He tends to have a neutral outlook on life as he carries on day to day, working as a sell sword in the Stormwind area. He still holds a slightly cynical edge though, mostly out of old habits than spite or bitterness. He still retains vaguely loose morals when it comes to contracts, mostly from his “Me or Them” attitude.

History

Wilhelm was born several years before the events of the First War to a simple blacksmith and seamstress. Wilhelm's early life was rather boring.At an early age, he moved from Kul Tiras to the newly made Stormwind, a result of his parents seeing more work in the new city than in the naval nation. Once there, Wilhelm began learning how to use the blade.

He would later sign up for the Stormwind Army, finally making it to the rank of Sergeant when the Third War broke out up North. Like most in Stormwind, he never went. Seeing that the action, and gold, was elsewhere, he left the military to begin adventuring in the Southern Kingdoms. Thus he began his life of moderate decadence, questionable money making and inability to keep his gold.

It wasn't until the Outland campaign that he really started to make money and hold onto it. He remained a promiscuous mercenary though. His time there was somewhat eventful, mostly along the lines of stabbing demons to death and having hostile run-ins with the various members of the Horde.

After the fall of the Black Temple, something he missed due to being stuck in Shattrath with a shattered shield arm, he returned to Stormwind to resume adventuring. This time, he moved over to Kalimdor to plunder troll and elven ruins. It was cut short by the Lich King's return and he traveled North to join in the fight. Along the way, he met, and eventually married, Gisae, a crusader for the Argents. During his time up North, and with her, he finally began to grow up, in so far as to sticking with one woman.

After the fall of the Lich King, the merc decided it would be best to marry and settle down. The marriage went off without a hitch, being a small ceremony. The settling down lasted a total of five minutes before they both went about adventuring together.
