Traid really wants to have somebody there for him, a girlfriend, a friend, or a parent. None of these things seem to be available for Traid, he tries and he tries, and maybe he tries too hard, but it seems that he just can't get anyone to be there for him when he is down. Traid thinks of others as people that are sort of helpful, but also out to get him. This is due to the fact of past experiences, such as the many explained in history. Traid has only one good friend, and this friend is very helpful at times, but not helpful at others, this is why Traid decided to move on, no matter how much this friend helped, he still loved the one person who he wanted to get over. Traid has tried for over 5 months to get over this person, but just can't.

Growing up in Ironforge made Traid a very tough person, because if you grow up around Dwarves, you won't last long if you are wimpy kid. Traid learned that the hard way, not knowing before hand. Lucky he has the information that he could pass to his children if he ever has some, someday. Another thing about Traid, is that when his father told tales about when he was in the Third War. Traid was only a young adult at the time, but still appreciated stories from his father. Traid was affected by the stories, for it made him think. He was always afraid that he would be taken by the Ironforge Military to fight for them without any choice. This was the start of Traid beingt a tad peranoid at anything he heard, he was a very literal person in his years as a teenager, and he would believe anything logical. Traid uses his logic to his side, for he can think of wise ways around something if he was every in a sticky situation.

History

During Traid's childhood, he felt that too many people were obsessed with getting money, and fame. Acting as a hero was one thing Traid never wanted to do, he just wanted to settle down and live a normal life. As a child, he felt no need for attention, and he knew that if somebody was to catch attention towards him, that he would not feel right at all. As Traid grew up in Ironforge, he learned many things, he learnt how to act like a Dwarf, and talk with an Ironforge Dwarven accent. He still uses his Human accent he learned from his father, originally from Gilneas, though. Traid had a friend in Ironforge, and ever since the horrible night where he died, Traid has not had another friend since. That horrible night had a cold, breezy wind. Traid and his dwarven friend Silt were playing outside of Ironforge gates, when the Troggs from the nearby encampment came and took Silt away. Traid never saw him since, so he assumed him to have died that night.

During Traid's adulthood, many thing happened, such as joining a marine crew, and once, even dying. Traid died swimming in the freezing Northrend waters, he thought that if he could survive that, he would be able to overcome his love for one. In another state, if he could not survive the water, at least he could die in peace, and not have to deal with it anymore. This plan was ruined when he was ressurected by the marines on the ship that he had jumped off of. The ressurection, however, did not fully work. He lost memories of many things before his death, including rejections from the one that he loved, he now only remembers his feelings for her, and thinks that she does not know them. Whether this is good, or bad, Traid does not care, because all he knows is that he could feel free once again.

Traid now feels that if he was to find somebody, even a simple friend, he would be complete. He joined The Frostbrands to find somebody, but not only to find somebody. He wants to make sure he can still be a technician correctly. He wants to prove to himself that he did not lose everything when he died. He still wants to make sure he has the ability to fix, create, and help.

After the ressurrection, Traid decided to try the Light once again. He stopped using it at age twenty for reasons unknown. Traid has not used the Light for a long time now, so he is not the best at it.
