Other: Thragash is rather heavily tattooed, an aesthetic choice that he tends to favor. The patterns cover most of his torso and limbs. He also tends to carry around a pair of large axes.

Personality

Thragash is an orc with an obsession with being the largest and strongest around, a goal that he takes rather seriously. He's the sort to be very conscious of his own health and constantly strives to push his own limits of strength and endurance, always attempting to improve on his past efforts. This has left him with a bit of a competitive streak, not for his skill as a warrior, but instead for his acts of raw physical might.

Nonetheless, he's not a just a simple brute. While to many he appears to just be a muscle-head, he favors thinking things over before acting and has a fondness for logic puzzles and attempting to figure things out. While he's not always successful, he still tends to react to things in a calm and logical manner, the result being that he's fairly slow to anger. When he does get pushed into his fury, such as when he provokes himself in combat, he tends to lose focus of the outside world. He has developed a sort of trigger for his own berserker furies, becoming particularly unhinged whenever he tastes blood, to the point that only particularly close friends are safe if he manages to work himself up to that point.

He is a particularly protective sort to those that he develops a fondness for. Some would say that perhaps he is too protective, and he tends to be easily provoked into jealousy when it concerns the object of his romantic attentions. He's a generally good-hearted man, though, and it is all out of a desire to protect those he's close to, as well as a powerful sense of loyalty (and wishing the same returned to him.) Though he is loathe to admit it to strangers, he has a strong romantic side, and despite his rough appearance has a tender side that those he's particularly close to get to see. He's also a fairly shameless individual, unafraid to throw an innuendo when he finds it amusing.

History

Though Thragash was born outside of the internment camps, his earliest memories were inside of them. He was born to a pair of orcs of the Shattered Hand clan, and spent the good majority of his childhood in the internment camp that would later become known as Hammerfall. With the Lethargy consuming his people and getting worse as time passed, he often found himself left to his own devices and often without even his own parents to protect or teach him. This, unfortunately, left him with little emotional attachment to his parents.

With the second war still fresh in the minds of his captors, it was little surprise that many of the orcs weren't treated well within the camps, and Thragash was one that suffered for it. Still small and weak, he could do nothing to protect himself from the torments he was subjected to, particularly from one guard that took a particular pleasure in threatening to stuff the orc child within a crate...a threat that he carried through with on a few occasions. After a particularly traumatic incident where the guard almost buried him alive, only saved by another guard who disapproved of such, Thragash had ended up with a bad case of claustrophobia, a fear that he carries around with him to this day. Yet the treatment also filled him with a resolve to become larger and stronger, to one day be a powerful warrior that could not only protect himself, but also ensure that others close to him wouldn't have to endure such treatment.

He was merely fourteen when the internment camps went down, and he was to witness the battle that claimed the life of Orgrim Doomhammer. Still too young to truly fight, and lacking any skills at the time to defend himself or his people, he cursed his own weakness and followed his people away to where ever this new Warchief would lead them. It was a happy day for him, however...Orgrim Doomhammer was little more than a legend to one who had never seen his reign, and having no memory of life outside the camps, Thragash found he enjoyed his new freedom. He had little time to enjoy said freedom before his people were being led to distant Kalimdor, and Thragash came to realize that in the chaos of the battles, he lost track of his own parents. He never knew if they survived or died.

Thragash had no direct participation in the Third War, due to his still young age at the time. He was nonetheless old enough to assist with the construction of Orgrimmar with brute strength, and took time to perform his rite of passage and begin training to become a warrior. The Om'riggor went well enough for him, his first kill being against a raptor within Durotar. Though the beast managed to cut his chest, he took it down a moment later. The path of the warrior was the obvious one for him.

He took to both his fists and the axe well enough, and his natural size, as well as his preoccupation with bolstering his own size and strength, lent well to the path chosen for him. A natural talent towards ambidexterity, a discovery of his brute strength and increased durability during his periods of anger, guided his particular path to becoming a true warrior. In the years following the Third War, he found himself living off of performing wrestling matches, while honing his skills and working out regularly. He never did develop true fame with this profession, but he did find he enjoyed the competition.

Now he fights in the name of the Horde, ready to protect his people and his friends in any way that he knows how.

Skills and Abilities

Thragash is a fairly typical fury warrior. His most notable ability is his sheer size and muscular strength, being a large and hulking brute who has a lot of raw force behind him. To his detriment, his muscle mass and size has left him slow.
