Personality

Ryan was fairly blood thirsty in life. The rush of battle was something he craved and would get him into trouble. He's the kind of guy who will cut your limbs off then your head then ask questions. Truly a lovely guy.

History

Ryan was born in the Kingdom of Lordaeron and lived there his entire childhood. His father was a soldier and trained young Ryan to be one also. The beginning of his life was filled with nothing but combat training and physical exercises. It is no wonder why he loves fighting so much. If he did something wrong as a child his father would correct him with his fists. When Ryan was a teenager these fights with his dad were something he found himself looking forward too and more than often he kicked the old man's ass.

By the time Ryan was sixteen he was enlisted in the army of Lordaeron and happy as ever. He was sent to a remote keep for advanced combat training. It was there that he met his love. Large two-handed swords. He was always told he was too young to wield one, but now it was up to him to choose which weapon to specialize in. At first wielding the sword proved to be very difficult, but soon he got the feel of it and excelled far beyond the other soldiers.

The second war broke out and Ryan was sent to fight for the first time. His battalion was lined up facing the large Orcs, he couldn't believe how much bigger they were than him. Fear started to rush through him, but he remembered what his dad would have said "What the fuck, you pussy?! They're just a bunch of damned green fuck-bags that don't know how to fight!" Surprisingly this calmed Ryan and he charged into battle with a loud battle cry. A feeling of ecstasy rushed through him as his sword cut into the green flesh and the blood of the Orc splattered onto his face. It was so exhilarating that he let out another cry and slashed at anything green in his vision. By the end of this battle he was drenched in blood with a psychotic smirk on his face. These battle went on for a while longer and his lust for slaughter grew with each battle.

When he returned to Lordaeron he was put on guard duty for a long while. He saw little action and this disappointed him, but his time as a guard was through and he now had enough money to live for some time without a job. Ryan spent the next bit of his life getting into bar fights with other patrons and the guards that tried to stop him. This continued for years until the plague started to spread.

Ryan was back in the army at this point with his trusty claymore by his side, ready to kill anything that he could. He was told that they would be fighting off risen dead. Ryan thought this to be a joke until he saw one. The rotting flesh making the soldiers gag. They all manned up and fought off the beasts as best as they could. This fighting went on for a while then Prince Menethil returned and killed the King. After this Ryan left Lordaeron and went east to fight in the Plaguelands.

Not far into the Eastern Plaguelands near Darrowshire, Ryan and a few others with him ran into a large group of Scourge. The other men fell after only killing a few, but Ryan wasn't going to die, he was fighting with all he had. The man was fighting four Scourge soldiers, twirling the sword around his body with a great skill, but it wasn't enough. One of the Undead found an opening and stabbed Ryan in his upper back. He fell to his knees and the Undead repeatedly stabbed his body until he fell to the ground in a pool of his blood.

Ryan remembers everything from his time as a Scourge Death Knight. He also remembers the agonizing pain he felt when he tried to disobey the Lich King, it only took him once to realize that Arthas meant serious business and would tolerate nothing. Ryan tried all he could in order to break away from the Lich King without having to be put through that pain of disobedience again, but to no avail. The Lich King's hold was too powerful. Everything felt wrong without free will. Even killing the Scarlets felt wrong to Ryan.

The battle at Light's Hope Chapel spelled inevitable death in Ryan's eyes, but he had to fight and die or refuse to fight and be tortured to death. Lose:lose scenarios are so much fun. Ryan fought as best he could so as to stay alive as long as was in his power. When Tirion began fighting with the Lich King, Ryan began to feel everything fall back under his control and that voice telling him to kill the Argent Dawn slowly fading.

Now with the Knights of the Ebon Blade and only one thing on his mind, fighting the Lich King, Ryan has gone to Northrend in order to finally have peace in death after the fall of the Lich King.
