Using a vial of water from the Well of Eternity, which was acquired upon the death of Kael'thas, the elves were able to restore arcane magic to the sunwell. No longer do the elves hunger while within the Sunwell's effected areas. (Sin'sholai lands)
Rommath had also offered the hand of friendship to the Felblood stragglers left over from the fall of Kael'thas. They declined to join the faction officially, but live in peace in the Ghostlands. Time will tell if they eventually decide to accept the offer.
