Tersh does not get personal with people, he likes to remain unattached to people. He wouldn't describe himself as a loner, but that is not an inaccurate conclusion. Tersh isn't antisocial, but he is the last person to make any commitment. His friends are acquaintances, his acquaintances are strangers, and his strangers just contribute to the colorful atmosphere to his surroundings.

Tersh contributes his opinions and outlook freely, but you'd have a hard time getting anything else from him as easily. He is miserly, and something of a packrat. This is not all bad, as Tersh is a very frugal person. If you want anyone to handle your money, Tersh is not a bad choice, he can turn a gold piece into ten - Just don't expect it back anytime soon.

Tersh does have his own secrets however, and it would take more than a few mugs of grog to loosen his tongue. Tersh feels he is running out of time, and the last thing he wants is to be caught in the tidal wave of the future. Tersh will stick his nose in places it doesn't belong, and he has made enemies and it is likely he will make many more. Tersh can't let things go, whether it is property, habits, or grudges. But if there is one thing he wants, it's power.

History

Tersh's father was named Serrashito and it is understood Serrashito was just another cog in the Orcish machine. Serrashito was a powerful Orc Grunt, rumored to have been a candidate for the Blademasters. Having three children made an advancement difficult, and Serrashito could not make the jump and he could not dedicate himself to military any longer. He compensated for his failure to promotion by opening his home into a place of meditation and training.

He invited young Orcs looking to follow the path of the warrior to join him. Serrashito became something of a stay-at-home Dad, but he also operated a school of combat at the same time. It is only natural that Tersh, along with his siblings, recieved the greatest benefit of Serrashito's choice. They were solid warriors at best and each passed the rite of passage with little difficulty.

Tersh is only different from his siblings in that he was a Shaman. He had looked at his situation in a way that constant training was a a futile effort. He was something of a pessimist those days and took his father for granted. Why train alone when your spoonfed a wealth of combat techniques on a daily basis? Tersh spent that time into studying his way into the Shaman position. He saw it as a stronger position. It was likely that the next step would be Warlock magics.

Tersh's experiences with being a Warlock have been positive, if you could call it that. He had only been on the receiving end of an impish fireball, perhaps once or twice. A few backfires cannot kill a career, and they have only helped Tersh mature as a Warlock. Tersh couldn't spend time practicing with a blade and shield and axe. He had outgrown those, and began to outgrow his family.

His father was happy for Tersh, but not at all proud for Tersh's motivations. Tersh reasoned he was 'more powerful', but Serrashito was content to know Tersh didn't brush off every combat maneuver he taught him. The family had been split during the wars. Tersh played 'stowaway' with a larger clan, he didn't see enough military contact to rival his father, but he saw a large enough share. Every battle he'd ever been in turned to a practice session or an experiment. He just couldn't take the Humans and the war as serious as the rest of the Serrashito clan. That's what 'Mindless' Demons where for, so he thought. His brother, Nutisiki, figured if he could make some name for himself in the ranks, he'd attract his family, or at least his father. He was no hero, but he escaped numerous campaigns, numerous Humans, excluding two fingers and about 12 pints of blood if you gathered it all up. Kowash, the sister, remained with Serrashito, but Serrashito was not one to remain idle when there was a war to be fought, even in his old age.

It was a glorious time in war, but a sad time in slavery. The kin of Serrashito were each subdued with the clans they dispersed into, but not Serrashito. He was too wise, and too good to decay like that. He scattered into the many forests of the Eastern Kingdoms and stayed. As for Tersh, and company, they decayed in those camps with their camps. Tersh recalls little, as most of it was spent in mental withdrawal. Soon enough, the family, excluding it's namesake found themselves on another land called Kalimdor with a new leader and a new goal.

Since Orgrimmar's construction, Tersh has remained in hiding and he watches how his magics have been pushed aside. Given the present situation of the coming War and the creation of the Horde, Tersh plans to utilize every resource at his disposal. Tersh is not ready to simply fade away with a dying culture.

Since securing a place of residence in Orgrimmar he has resumed his study of Demonology. Recently he has taken an interest in the Blood-Elves, the newest ally of his people, or so they say. Although he hasn't been very public with his plans of leaving from Kalimdor to the land of the Blood-Elves, he has made the note to his siblings, and the possibility of encountering their father. With a good amount of reluctance, they offered any support they could and Tersh plans to make the big trip any day now. Serrashito is the last thing on his 'To-Do List' however.
