Appearance

He usually wears plate armor and a Stormwind tabard, the gold and blue colors of which match said armor. Teranis also wears a cape bearing the insignia of Stormwind, and a dark silk shirt.

Personality

Teranis is a humble man, yet at times he can be cocky and hot headed. Still, he managed to emphasize his paladin values. Thus he will help anyone in need, regardless of race.

History

Teranis was born and raised in Redridge. His mother died when he was born and his father was killed when Teranis hit ten. The only values Teranis got from his father was rogue training and the philosophy that "If you want something, you take it." During his childhood he hung out at the docks, and occasionally bullied smaller children, and went to the Stormwind Cathedral with his father. There he trained to become a paladin. When Teranis was nine a man wearing an azure hood entered the town; Teranis saw the hood and immediately wanted it for himself, so he followed the man to a nearby tavern. Well, he made his way upstairs and found the man: He was resting with his hood off. So Teranis searched the room quietly looking for where he could have placed it. After a quick search he found the man's backpack and the hood inside of it. Teranis then made his way back home.

He stored the hood in a chest his father gave him. The next day Teranis was at home making some breakfast. Meanwhile a gang of men entered Redridge; the leader of the gang was the man Teranis had stolen from. He returned to the town to retrieve his mask. The locals said they saw the boy returning to his home with the hood. So the man and his gang entered the house and ran into his father. The man explained to Teranis' father about the theft. Teranis' father went upstairs and retrieved the hood for the men. When Teranis came home, Teranis' father knew it was his fault for he had been a terrible example. So Teranis' father sent him off to the Cathedral to train for the rest of his childhood.

A year later when Teranis was 10, Teranis' father was traveling to Stormwind, to pick up some food. On his way back he took a dangerous route home that he had never taken before. Half way home a cutpurse attacked him and killed him. Teranis was told about the news a day after.

The years were slow after that incident. Teranis trained all the way up till he was twenty. When he finally left the Cathedral, Teranis ventured to Redridge to see his old home. He was informed by the locals that the orcs were invading. Teranis then joined the militia to help his childhood home.

There he was taught some of their tactics, and hand-to-hand combat. After his training he held off waves of attacks. After a year in the militia Teranis ventured forth to Stormwind. Teranis then returned to the Cathedral and helped out there working in the orphanage, and helped train some young squires.

After seven more years in the Cathedral Teranis finally found the urge to leave the Cathedral and venture out into the world on his own. Helping people that are in dire need of the light.
