Took a while (and I'm still not sure that it's completely correct), but the quotation template was created, based upon the template of a same name on the WoWWiki site -- which, I believe, was based on another template that's common of Wikipedia. It's intended for quotes, specifically on character articles where others might want to provide comments about said characters. Fixed!
Sometime during my absence a handful of characters on the wiki rendered rather funky, resulting in very odd results. This also affected the Quote template. I've fixed the code (it appears) and so the template should tender properly now. Huzzah! Piroska . T C 19:00, 30 January 2012 (PST)
