Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: Platemail, may vary (will be more of a WYSIWYG type of thing)

Other: Her body is well preserved through magical enchantment, though the enchantment was not done by a master of the art and she has some deterioration, though for the most part she seems like a human with pale skin and the ghost-fire eyes. She hunches over as if her deteriorated body can't fully support itself, though she is obviously much stronger than looks suggest, possibly though enhancement by magic.

Personality

Alignment: True Neutral (She's rather confused by her current state, as in, being alive (or undead, whichever term you like...)

Telsandra, before her death, was very bitter and withdrawn from social interaction. She didn't like people very much, and because of it they felt the same in general towards her. After her release from the Lich Kings will, she is very confused. She does not know why she is alive. She is very confused, and hardly remembers her past life except her last day of living. This has caused her to become very depressed with herself, blaming the destruction of her town on herself, as she never realized it survived. Although she was preserved, the preservation spell was not professional and a slight bit of brain deterioration has occurred and caused her to be amnesiac to a point, and has compounded her confusion and made her a little... Crazy. But possibly for the better?

History

Telsandra was born and raised around Westfall in a small unmarked village. Her father was the village's blacksmith, and her mother had been an herbalist healer. Her mother died giving birth to her, leaving her with only her father. Her father was a large man, and had always wanted a son. Although somewhat disappointed, he loved his daughter anyway and raised her like a son. With the death of his wife, he was rather bitter and harsh, and Telsandra's life was not easy. He was never abusive to her in that he hit her, but he forced her to work hard in learning his trade. She herself grew bitter from this, and lacking a mother to guide her, she never truly found a caring for men as she grew older, having had her job drilled into her. Her mind was set on blacksmithing by her father and it stayed that way most of her life.

When she was about ten, her father began to teach her to use a sword and shield. He was no expert, but had been in the militia at one time. She learned all she could from her father, and found fighting to be a great way to let out her anger and bitterness. She joined the village militia when she was about sixteen years old, learning more from the others there and surpassing them, which wasn't hard to do, considering none of them were great fighters, and most cowards in any case. But Telsandra learned what she could from each and every person, while still remaining distant. It was hard sometimes, as she had grown to be quite beautiful despite her hard working.

Her father died when she was eighteen years old, and this just made her all the more bitter. She took over his position in the town as the blacksmith and withdrew even more to herself. She was civil with people, but only just barely. She fulfilled their requests, which weren't much, but gave her solid trade. With so little required work, she sometimes merely worked on things like armor and weaponry.

Then, one year, rumors of the orcs started spreading to her village. Unlike some who discarded the rumors as myths, Telsandra took a serious tone to it and started creating more weapons, insisting that the militia actually train for real combat. Their militia had never been tested before, after all, and they doubted it ever would. It was merely a traditional thing. Telsandra's request was rebuked and laughed at, and they called her a superstitious nut. She simply sighed and went back to preparing herself.

One day, a messenger came running into the village, out of breath, saying there were orcs headed towards the village, a small raiding party. Telsandra heard this and went to get her armor and sword. She tried to get the town to rally, opening her weapons and armor to their own use, but the terrified villagers, even the militia, cowered in their home as they saw the orc raiding party coming, the massive green bodies and rage-filled faces. Telsandra yelled, calling them cowards. She looked and saw the orcs getting closer, maybe seven of them. They obviously didn't expect much of a fight.

Telsandra walked out to meet them, bracing herself. The orcs charged when they saw her. She knew what was going to happen. She managed to kill two, impaling one as it hit her and pulling her sword out and managing to slash another across the throat, but the rest merely trampled over her. She died almost instantly after her only kill. But ironically, the leader of the raid party managed to trip over her body and break his neck in the fall, leaving four orcs with no leadership. The townspeople saw Telsandra go down, and one of the militia cried out to go fight. They ran quickly to Telsandra's still-open armory, grabbing weapons. Outnumbering the orcs by a bit, they manage to kill them with only a couple losses due to their lack of skill. The villagers went to retrieve Telsandra's body. They realized that had it not been for her, they might have all died. It was decided they would put all of their money together, as well as money gained from selling her weapons and armor, and have her body honorably preserved through magic. When the orcs main force came it destroyed their village in any case, but they fled to Lordaeron, where her body had already been brought to a mage, whom was paid to encase her body in preserving ice. She was then buried in Lordaeron.

Many years passed before the Scourge came to Lordaeron and her body was released, the ice losing its enchantment. She was found by acolytes of the Scourge, and as she was fairly well preserved (even though the ice had lost much of its enchantment over the years and left some deterioration), and was found to have bitterness in her heart, she was raised from death to become a Death Knight, sent to Archerus for training and to aid the efforts there. She was released from the Lich King's command after the battle at Light's Hope Chapel, very confused, not knowing where she was. She had vague memories from during her time as a Death Knight, and was also confused by her knowledge of the skills that came with her new state of being, though she did forget some of them. Other Death Knights helped her to recall, and she was still very confused, and determined to return to her home in Westfall. She found the humans against her for her appearance, seeming more like one of the Forsaken than the human she once was.
