Personality

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Typically, Taz'elo is calm and cool, not having much problem with others, regardless of race. This changes, however, if he is challenged, if his tribe is insulted, or if he is put in danger. One wouldn't be wrong if they described the troll as eccentric, often spouting out sayings that are sometimes laced with sage-like wisdom, despite his young age and at other times saying things that make no sense at all.

History

Born to the Darkspear tribe, Taz'elo considered a good deal of the tribe his parents, as they had all taken part in raising him. His actual parents were believed to have fallen in battle during what had been recent tribal warring with the Bloodscalp tribe. As a child, the troll had great interest in the Loa and the spiritual aspects of his tribe. Often, his caretakers had to drag the young one away from the witchdoctors because he had been disturbing their meditative trances with his endless string of questions once again.

As he got older, he began to help the medicine men and voodoo priests with their rituals and sacred rites, essentially dedicating himself to the Loa as the Darkspear tribe moved to their island home. He feverishly continued to try and impress the tribal holy men until they accepted him into training as a shaman. When the conflict with the Underworld Murlocs began, he was heavily depended on as a young, upcoming healer and hand to the spirits until help had arrived.

Taz'elo was just barely an adult when Thrall met and saved the Darkspear trolls from the aquatic menace that threatened the tribe's survival. Grieved by the loss of his people's greatest leader and spiritual counselor in Sen‘jin, the budding shaman vowed to expand his mind and learn to help his tribe in any way he could on his path. With their newer location on the Echo Isles, he continued to serve and train until Zalazane's betrayal.

Fighting the dark magic of Zalazane and his brainwashed minions for a great while, the shaman remained in Sen'jin Viallge, dealing with the struggle until the call was put out for the Ahn'Qiraj War. Taz'elo was soon sent to far away lands to fight alongside strange new allies and to battle an unbelievable enemy. The events of the war left the troll a bit shaken when we has sent back home, his perception of fighting changed forever. The aspiring shaman had little time to think on the matter before he heeded the call of the Horde once again, setting off to help in Outland.

Providing aid to any allies in need, he found himself moving between the various troll outposts on the broken world. Out of all the zones on the remnants of Draenor, the shaman favored Zangarmarsh. Both the fantastic colors and primal appeal the area projected to him attracted the shaman to it. When new troubles arose in the north, he found himself less than eager to serve the Horde this time, remembering his prior experience in war.

Returning to Azeroth for a brief period, he brought his conflicted mindset back to Sen'jin Village to consult with Master Gahdrin and other spiritual advisors. Eventually a decision had been reached among the council of the village and Taz'elo was told that he needed to embark on a quest to find himself and receive a vision for his future through whatever ways he deemed would work. Feeling such a closeness to what he found in Outland, the shaman decided to return to Zangarmarsh.

Living in the marshy alien place allowed him to learn about the species inhabiting the zone as well as learn the culture of the Sporelock people. Living in his own, hand-made habitat, Taz'elo became better in tune with the elements and understanding of his powers. Making brews out of the edible mushrooms in the marsh, the shaman repeatedly sought out his vision, eventually finding it and realizing a higher state of mind. After hearing that the fight against the Scourge was drawing to a close, he decided that it was time for him to return to Azeroth in order to put his time of training into action for the benefit of his tribe.
