Appearance

Usual Garments: Tashunke always dresses in earthy browns and tans, and never wears anything made from non-organic material. Most of his clothes are made of raw hide, and sometimes lined with fur. Usually, he wears a shawl that was crafted from the hide of an unlucky prairie stalker.

For decoration, feathers and beads can also seen around his clothing, especially the arms and brims of his boots.

Weaponry: The only sign of any weaponry on the tauren is a large staff on his back. Though it seems almost entirely made of gnarled, twisted wood, he has covered it with various totems and natural objects. The top of the staff is twisted in such a way that it greatly resembles a bird tucking its head under its wing.

Personality

Alignment: Though considered neutral by many, Tashunke will side with whoever he feels will do the most good. He allows individuals to determine what they think of his alignment.

Tashunke is deep and spiritual. His powerful belief in the druidic ways and his faith in goodness never cease, and have become his motivation over the past years. Generally kind and respectful, he bases people on their hearts instead of their associations. This does not mean he is merciful to those who he opposes, and, though he has a limited skill when it comes to combat, will show no quarter to those who seek to harm him or his friends and family.

As a druid, he believes strongly that all living creatures have spirits, and deserve to be treated equally. This being said, he has a close affinity with nature and the world around him, and remains dedicated to learning what he can from the world around him. He's even tapped into magic use to further connect to nature, though he knows the dangers of using this power recklessly.

With a relatively good understanding of the history of Azeroth and Tauren mythology, Tashunke won't hesitate to tell tales and stories to those who will listen, though this trait tends to bore some.

History

Tashunke was born in Thunder Bluff 48 years ago. As a child, he had a great interest in animals, spending time in the plains studying the life there. Studying how they lived and treated others, he began to realize the delicate balance between the plants and the animals. He sought out the high druids to explain his newfound passion for nature, finding many willing to help him. Over time, he was trained with the knowledge of the druids, and left the magnificent city of Thunder Bluff to begin his own journeys. Throwing himself to the relentless lands of Kalimdor, he set off in search of knowledge and adventure.
