Personality

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Personality: "Knowledge is Power" Tara follows this to the extreme, wishing to know all she can about the new world she has crashed onto. She has been an avid reader but does not know a whole lot first hand, so everything always seems new to her. She is always available if someone needs a helping hand with just about anything, she tries her best to help out. She is certainly curious about everything that goes on in the new world, from the simple animals to the vast kingdoms of races, she wants to know about it all. Tara especially wants to know the 'social' elements of the major races, excluding the orcs and Sin'dorei especially.

She wishes to learn why some do good, whilst others do great evils. She has been even happier as she found her younger sister Lena alive and..well, not dead. Seeing as how she mostly only talked to the elementals of the planet, she never really developed her own censorship, occasionally accidentally blurting out her thoughts or saying something that -really- shouldn't be said in the company of certain races. Tara has a very thick accent because she never really heard a lot of Common, only reading it in the rare books and writings she found in Darnassus, she is however, familiar with a bit of Darnassian. Even with this accent, she tries her best to speak clearly so that she may get her point across and learn new things.

History

Tara was born in the ship Oshu'gun, several hundred years later, she was the older sister to Lena. The constant travel had jarred Tara's social skills, making her as if she were a shut-in, constantly reading books and rarely interacting with others outside the family to learn what was going on. Around her mid-second millennium, the Draenei people had landed on Draenor, now called Outland, and had met the local tribes of shamanistic orcs. They fascinated Tara, she had spent nearly everyday sneaking out and secretly exploring and speaking with the local orcs who would actually talk to her. They had been mostly hesitant towards her constant questions and exploration of their villages. She had even begun "training" with one of the local shamans. After a few days she realized that the old man just wanted someone to talk to, Tara had felt bad and made sure to talk with him frequently. Then, one day, everything went wrong.

Tara had noticed the orcs using a strange energy and watching them, from afar start attacking her own. She sprinted back home to find her father, decapitated, and her mother missing. Inside the make-shift house though, was the old shaman, looking around crazed and drenched in deep blue. Luckily she was able to find her hiding younger sister, Lena, and flee with her race's leader to safety amongst the swamps of Zangarmarsh. As she traveled with her race, Farseer Nobundo had come back after some time, preaching about the shamanism and Tara was determined to actually get it this time. She went off with several other draenei with Nobundo and began their training deep in the swamp. After training with Nobundo for quite some time, Tara and the rest were requested to help with the raid for the Tempest Keep.

The Tempest Keep had been recently overrun by power hungry Sin'dorei and the only way was to try and take it back. After charging into battle, Tara using her knowledge of shamanism to throw lightning at the elves, and Lena using her sword, they had started trying to take back at least the Exodar Wing of the Tempest Keep. After what only seemed like seconds, Tara had been blasted in the back by a few of the Sin'Dorei mage, falling and passing out, slowly dying. After fading in and out a few times Tara felt an extreme pain in her right arm.

As she was jolted awake, she awoke to a rather large Sin'Dorei, dressed in a blue-stained white robe and deep red goggles with a sick sadistic grin and long blonde hair, vials of blue liquid everywhere. A million thoughts ran through Tara's mind right after another "Is that my blood? Am I going to die? Why does my arm hurt so..much.." She gives a drowsed glance at her arm, the syringe jammed inside it, tinted an odd reddish green color. Tara never forgot his face as she passed out to the sound of a door smashing open, a gasp, and then a loud battle-cry. Tara had been lucky to wake up again, seeing her sister Lena, wrapping her in bandages. Tara felt like her arm was on fire again. Letting out cries of pain as the Exodar powered up and prepared to leave that land.

The only thing Tara remembered last was getting jarred and hurled through some place along with her kind. She slowly awoke to a translucent looking wolf and a rather large earth elemental. They scurried away as fast as she saw them. Oddly enough, her wounds had felt a bit less severe, but the migraine in her head was evident due to the crash. She wandered around a little, finding a few others but not her sister, and finally coming across the Exodar, rather what was left of it. Afterward she received more shamanistic training from Farseer Nobundo, hoping to repay the elements for what they had done for her after the crash.

After a few weeks on this odd planet, she had come to find a certain...unique port town called Booty Bay. She had become enthralled by the patrons of this particular town, the goblins especially so as she's never seen such..eccentric creatures. Sadly, her time within the little town had been cut short as she had been called to action for help inside Bloodmyst Isle.

After making her way to the war-torn land of Bloodmyst, she immediately was put to work, first on healing duty but soon sent off to the front lines as her ability as a warrior-esque shaman was soon realized. She was successful in a few repels of invaders but, sadly, in her first time sent in the front lines she had been captured by the Sindorei. Deciding to take one of the Draenei's precious shamans, they used her to barter for one of their own that the Draenei themselves had taken. Before letting her go, however..

She was burned, forever marked with the Sin'Dorei fel flames across her eye, completely burning the eye itself out. Thankfully, she was given an eyepatch for it and mostly healed. The scar itself is quite sensitive to the touch and glows a slight off color green, disrupting her pearl white skin color.

With the mighty explosion of Deathwing's escape and destruction, Tara's beliefs and ties to the elements grew even stronger as she disappeared into the wilds for quite some time before-hand anyway, praying and aiding the elements, keeping balance and all that fun stuff.
