Actually... Infiltrators aren't the same as Spymasters.

Infiltrators as a primary class ability, use their connections. They basically know NPCs, according to their skill in such, and call in favors.

Secondly, Infiltrator abilities are geared towards Mind-Affecting spells, as they gain spell-like abilities such as 'Dominate', 'Mass Suggestion', 'Smooth Talker', and naturally, the 'Slippery Mind' that allows them to guard themselves against enemy Mind-Affecting spells and abilities.

Spymasters are Horde-only. They are a class that bases itself around disguises and illusion, although they do gain 'Detect Thoughts' and 'Slippery Mind'. Spymasters are able to use the invisibility spell, as well as create perfect illusory disguises, that act just as if the disguise was real, and it is unbreakable unless dispelled.

So, one's a Mind-Control-geared Manipulator - The Infiltrator, and the other is a Disguise and Illusion-based Spy.
