Despite the struggle of forgiveness towards some of the other races, Sybella adapted well to interact with all well but shows a little indication of distrust. What had happened in the past happened. She does not think of the ‘what ifs' but rather of what could be done in the future.

History

Sybella was born on the dimensional ship that had brought them from various planets they had hidden in order to survive. Her most remembered memories as a young paladin in a world once known as Draenor, on the lush plane of green called Nagrand. She spent her youthful time with her family and a small group of Draenei refugees that recreated a new home for themselves and any outsiders they would be welcomed with open arms. Although Sybella was young, she was a bit of help to build a new home and accepted to take on the teachings of being a Soldier of Light. Sybella was of the only child of the family with her mother Vallera and her father Diacoon. Both parents who have had their share of adventures and though they had not been natives to Argus, stories have been pasted down about the tragic events and the heroic saviors. They were devoted priest and priestess of Naaru and had eager ambitions for their daughter. Although they had hoped she would focus more on the divine energies to tend to wounds. Sybella felt she could do more than just heal other in the time of need. The elders have had mass classes with the young Draenei to train and ready them into the Holy Army.

At a small village called Keamar, built between the great capital city Shattrath and central town Halaa. It was a serene home to the Draenei people and surrounded by Orc tribes who wished a simple and nomadic life. As the town mainly composed of Draenei hunters, there are also those who follow closely to the Holy Light, often healers (the priests) and Peace Keepers (the paladins and protectors).

Although the town was a peaceful one, the head security had always asked their young Peace Keepers to run exercise, weather it would be a patrol for a few suns or it would to see the temple for a section of praise to the Naaru.

This time, the head security ordered Sybella, two young paladins: Dalrah, Kasha and a senor paladin, Mal on a group exercise to spend several days out of town with what little they have in their bags. This would become a simple test of knowledge of survival and faith in their abilities to keep each other alive. As the four ventured out far from the village, through steep terrain, wooded land and marsh areas. They stopped and Mal turned towards the three young paladins. “Here you three will remain and be the beacon of light where there is darkness. I will return when the time comes but from this time on, use whatever means to keep everyone alive. This place holds home to many predators. Naaru shine upon you all.” He then left them all alone.

“Alright, we should find a place of shelter.” Said Kasha as she brushed the grey lock of hair out from her face.

“We should then find a place that isn't submerged in water.” Sybella Suggested.

The paladins moved through the water in their basic chain mail armor and a mace attached to their hips. Their glowing eyes moved to the left and right and to the flora rooftops. They suddenly came to a halt as they noticed a disturbance in the shallow waters. It started to approach them and they moved away from it, but as it started to catch up to them Sybella looked at her two companions. “Quick! We need to get out the water.” As the three quickly backed away from the pond and onto muddy terrain then a solid surface, Sybella was the last to get out of the pond before the ripples came closer and suddenly a large gator lunged out and clamped its jaws on her leg. Sybella gave a pained scream as she fell forward into the mud and the gator started to drag her into the water. The two other paladins turned their heads quickly towards the commotion and rushed over to aid their comrade. With their mace high in the air, Kasha started to club the creature on the head while Dalrah stomps his giant hooves down to prevent the gator from dragging Sybella any farther into the pond. Its jaws finally let up on the Draenei's leg but the two others did not stop until the beast lacked any sign of life. Sybella sat up right and the two moved to her side to help. She raised her hand to halt the two as she grits her teeth from the sharp pain. “Allow me… To first try.” She said as she held both hands out towards her leg then channeled the divine energies of the light to knit the flesh and bones slowly back into place.

“Bless Naaru you are fine.” Dalrah exclaimed.

“We should be keep going and find a place to rest. It seems rain may be upon us.” Kasha said. With a small grunt, Sybella get to her hooves. Although she did not have any injuries, the pain was still a reminder.

The three moved on, it started to get dark and creatures were heard from a distance, howls, screeches, and even chirps. They finally made to what seemed like an ideal location, a tree that had roots that jet out from the water to the trunk. There they took shifts to watch as the others rested for the night.

Although the trip was not intended for combat experience, they learned how to live at the most harsh climates with little luxury at their expense. They learned to control and not become over confident with Naaru's blessings. And finally, although the world they were in would seem bleak and ugly by most, the damp cold climate of the marsh did not darken the moods of the Draenei.

Troubled times were to come, the welcomed visitors of the Orc kin began to behave strangely towards the Draenei. Though not aggressive, they loom around their village. Eyes seem to grow with evil and pierce with hatred, the friendly converse turned short, friends seemed to avoid or ignore each other. Although the villagers were unsure how to react to this change of behavior, the Draenei still gave warm welcome. News later came from the scouts that the Orcs have accepted a new leader, one that seemed to be obsessed with power. Those who had not accepted him were silenced for eternity. Darkness started to spread around and the Orcs were no longer the same as if they lost their sanity and only lusted to spill blood. Other towns were alerted by this and the Draenei started to hold their homes. But the race that lived in such peace and hominy reacted too slowly towards this threat, that they were soon overwhelmed and slaughtered. Draenei fled around Draenor for safety but eventually hunted down.

Everyone was in a constant run, as their village Keamar over ran by Orcs was burnt down. Sybella and her family and what was left of the villagers tried to find safety with numbers.

They were given word that they would never thrive in this world and had to move to find a newer home. Velen saw there was no chance of survival in this world without either being twisted by the Fel powers or to be exterminated. Those wished to retreat from the planet would then come to the Exodar in hopes to find a place of safety and eventually allies to aid them within the struggle.

As the remaining survivors regrouped with Velen and his forces, they all made their way to the Tempest Keep. To their surprise they found the ship's defense systems un-operational. Those who still could raise a weapon would have stormed the Exodar to soon find the Blood elves in side. Sybella was part of the strike force that encountered heavy resistance from the enemy. Fire and holy energies clashed into each other. A bloody battle to retake the ship's controls.

“Mal!” One of the Draenei soldiers shouted. “I need you to get your group to the higher desks to secure the armory room!”

Sybella and ten others including Mal battled their way up towards the ramp and through giant corridors that snaked left and right. Tirelessly they beat the Blood elves with their blunt weapons and as they finally made it to the destination, they felt a familiar shift. The ship seem was no longer in Draenor but it was not long until there was a vigorous shake throughout the hull. Both Blood Elves and Draenei felt themselves thrusted against the walls and ceiling. Confusion and panic raised in every individual, as the shakes continued and hulls began to split open, revealing the spiraling outdoors. The pressure sucked anyone out from the ship but as for Sybella and her group. Part of the Tempest Keep broke off and hurled them away from the giant structure. The impact was death defying as they plunged into the wooded land.

“Sybella! By Naaru, wake up Sybella.” A large hand shook her shoulder and she woke up with a groan. Her body felt stiff all over as if something had tumbled over her.

Her eyes gazed up to find Mal, and though it was of little surprise to find him still on his hooves. He was always a strong paladin and Sybella even thought of him as a hero with his actions.

“Good to find you are still alive. Come on, we must find the others and restore them to health.” He said as he pulled Sybella up to her hooves. The two wandered through the woods and wreckage left behind, their numbers slowly grew as they began to tend to the wounds of the survivors and later made camp. Small battles accrued as not all of the Blood elves were defeated.

Days and nights had passed and the group made their way towards the Exodar. Most were in shock to find what had happened. Sybella grew worried of her parents; did they make it off the planet? Are they alive from the fight? Could they still be out there? Questions poured into her mind but all at once but she tried to remain strong. If the young paladin was not to find her family then she would focus at the task of bettering herself to the Naaru so she may make a difference and continue to train herself in the arms of combat.
