History

Sannas was born in the mages city of Dalaran 29 years before the great war. Sannas'es family had three sons, himself and two brothers. Sannas was a middle child. Two older sons were interested in magic and wanted to follow the path of their father who was a mage. They both joined the mages academy but the older brother proved to be much better student.

Sannas really didn't care much about the studies and stuff and he was more interested in fooling around. While the older brother was studying the arcane, Sannas found wife and got married. Sannas and Loremeth dated only four months before they got married. They were only eighteen. Sannas continued to fool around until a year later when they got their first son. His wife kept persuading him to start learning, or at least get a job to support his family.

Due to the fact that his brother has already graduated, Sannas began to study. He graduated at age 28, and already had a nine year old son, and a four year old daughter. Not long after his graduation orcs came from the portal. His brother was sent to aid Stormwind, and Sannas was jealous of this. He left his home and headed south to fight the orcs and gain more power.

He reached Elwyn and headed straight for the magister town of Sunnyglades. He looked for his brother but he wasn't able to find him, so he headed towards the city of Grand Hamlet in order to find him. On his way there, he was met by refugees that were fleeing from the orcs invasion. Grand Hamlet was razed. He returned to Sunnyglade and was told that his brothers unit had been called back to Dalaran. He thought that if he returned too, he would have been nothing but a coward and a mere follower of his brother. So he decided to stay there. Town had mages tower, so Sannas liked it there.

Few weeks passed before Horde recovered its forces and attacked Sunnyglades. Sannas was near the front and barely survived the first wave of Grunts. He wasn't there for the second one. From a nearby hill he watched the razing of the town. Soon he was on a path to the continent of Lordaeron.

His wife was angry at him first, but has accepted him back later. He found a job at the inn and they lived happily for five years, until the orcish Horde reached the north. Shortly after the second war broke lose, Sannas was eager to join. Loremeth kept convincing him that he should leave, telling about their now four children, the fact that he almost died in the first war, that she may lose him. That only delayed his departure but he eventually left. He fought in a few battles, but in the back rows. That's how managed the survive.

When the army reached a small orc outpost, he decided that it was time to try to make a charge. Once the axe landed on his right leg, he realised that it was a bad idea. He spent rest of the war in a small camp with other injured soldiers. When he returned to Dalaran he didn't even bother returning home.

He started working as a mercenary, doing minor jobs for money. He worked with some minor gangs and organisations to gain profit, but did not engage himself in some long term job or effort.

Years passed as he traveled across human cities and taverns with in and around them. He knew his life was crappy but he didn't care much. As long as there was some ale around. And that more years passed and noting much happened, until he found his son Breadrick. Sannas didn't care much, but Breadrick was excited about meeting his father. They started working together, and have both lived the life Sannas has lived before.

Sannas fell quite empty and wasted, and has very much disliked the life he was living. Clients were starting to hire him less, he wasn't interesting to the employers any more due to reason that he was drunk and was failing the tasks he was being assigned to. After one failed quest, Sannas got into a fight with his son, and than they parted ways. Sannas was very sad and decided to spend a week in the tavern. he was heavily drunk when the scourge marched inside the walls of Dalaran. Everyone started running and so did Sannas. He went towards the exit of the tavern, or at least he taught. Rolling down the basement stairs kinda awakened him and he realised that he was out of the harms way. So he stayed there until the attack was over.

When he crawled out of the the ruins he realised that the scourge was still there. So after a few blinks and some sneaking he was out of the city. He headed for Southshore to find his son, assuming that he went there. After a while he was standing on a hill, he was surrounded by Hillsbrad forest, behind him stood the towers of Dalaran, and in front of him shined the ocean. He looked around and decided to carry onward, when thunder -like sound flew over Hillsbrad. He looked back and was stunned. Towers of Dalaran crumbled like a children's sand castle. One by one the exploded and their chunks fell down. Sannas felt some sadness, it -was- his city. But he didn't have anything in there. His family, last time he checked, moved out of Dalaran.

Than he realised that the thing that did that to Dalaran could be coming that way. So he ran. He ran, killing few animals unlucky enough to try to catch a running mage. He found a small cave and hid in there. And that's how he spent the rest of that day. And more days after that. And the rest of third war. Then he came out of the forest. He headed to Southshore, the only free human outpost in the area. It was at that point that Sannas started summing up his life, realising how he had achieved... nothing.

He started training again, to regain his former skill that he has lost due to his alcoholic life. His addiction to ale got replaced with a new addiction to Arcane. He got a job as an inn-worker again, and trained when off work. Soon he raised some money and started to travel. He started to sell some basic clothing that he learned to make. Soon he bought a horse and made his traveling easier. He worked as traveling merchant to about a year ago.

One hot summer afternoon in the hills above Rathchet he came across a group of people watching a fight. He found out that it was a tournament and signed in. He won and joined the the company. After two months of fighting in the tournaments the group disbanded and he left to Elwyn forest.

There, he came across a rising political party and decided to join it. Though it quickly fell apart, and his stay in it was relatively short, he accepted some of their ideals and views on life. After the Party the old mage came across an ad for a treasure fighting company. But his stay in it was also not long as his magic addiction kicked in. He abandoned them and headed to Un'Goro to train. "The tougher the place, the better the training." he taught as he descended into Un'Goro crater.

He spent few days there and soon he got wounded in the leg. The wound was small, but due to his age it took lot of time to recover. He had somehow made it to Tanaris and Gadzetstan and he spent few months there recovering from his injury. Penniless, cause he spent almost all of his money on the inn room he lived in, he started a long travel home trough Kalimdor.
