Rokhar is somewhat distant. Often methodic in his work and avoids fights unless it is for a greater cause such as serving the Horde or his clan.

He does not hate anyone and tries to follow the beliefs of Thrall who he sees as the greatest hero ever. As a consequence of this, he accepts the forsaken and the sin'dorei although he rarely sees them as he sees a troll or a tauren. He is also capable of reaching agreements with enemies as a last resort if that's for the best.

History

Rokhar was born in Draenor just before the Frostwolf Clan passed through the Dark Portal. In fact, he was just a baby when he saw Azeroth for the first time. Shortly after, most orc clans were captured and held in lethargy in internment camps but not the Frostwolves, who hid themselves at Alterac Valley.

There, Rokhar learned to respect the spirits and the ancestors with his father, Garruk Doomscream. Everything in the natural world surprised him and the elders made it look full of wonders.

Over the years, his father became blind and Rokhar stayed to help him. He wanted to start a journey to be able to see how the spirits had manifested themselves on other locations but his father blindness and the menace of wars forced him stay.

His father dies and he follows the Horde to Kalimdor and participates in the founding of Orgrimmar. This was his gap to travel without rising any issues.

Then takes place the Third War. He wasn't skilled enough in battle so he worked as a field medic. During the war, he learns some basics on the ways of shamanism. In order to expand his knowledge, he took advantage of the war allies to learn some useful techniques. Motivated by the memories of the elders of his clan, he swore dedication to this new way of life.

As a Frostwolf, he never learned about the horrors of the internment camps and, consequently, he doesn't hold a grudge on the humans more than the usual for someone who fights a war but beeing allied with them in the third war gives him a certain respect towards them.

The war ended. Rokhar was now free. Soon, he began to travel and meet every kind of person. He was always a fast learner so he got more used to his shamanic powers, using them to help travelers or getting out of a tight situation.

Eventually he has met Azitalon, the Wartusk Clan leader, who invited him to join them as main Soothsayer but his traveling impulse made him travel again for he was not prepared to be a spiritual leader.
