Personality: Queok is gentle and kind-hearted outside of battle. He respects those who respect nature. Queok disdains those who would corrupt the land he has vowed to protect. He is very distrusting of Blood Elves, Gnomes, Dwarves. Most of all, he hates Forsaken and Death Knights. Queok understands it is not their fault they have been raised like that. However, if they were truly repentant of their ways then the undead would release themselves into the natural way of death. Queok also believes this of the Sin'dorei as well. If they really want to turn their reputation around, then they would give up their arcane addictions and cities. Queok is very set in his ways.

History: Queok was a typical Tauren in a nomadic tribe. He studied the local herbs and worked with leather. He raised children with his mate, Monury. When the Centuar would come he would pick up his mace and join the battles. Things were never really different for Queok for a long time; it was just once cycle after another. The tribe settled into an area, continue their traditions, were raided by the Centuar, and packed up and moved again. Indeed, the only thing certain for Queok was change.

Change can be a good thing. The horn was sounded and all the tribes gathered to meet the Orcs and Trolls. Soon an accord was struck, the Tauren would fight alongside their new allies and defeat the centuar once and for all. Queok found himself on the battlefield once again. He marveled at some of the other tribes. Some were skilled shamans, hunters and warriors. The most interesting were the Druids. They were able to adjust their tactics and forms for whatever the battle demanded. It was the epitome of adaptation to Queok. Soon Mulgore was secured and construction for a new capital began. It was then Queok began his training.

Change can be disruptive. Queok only had time to learn the basics, as news of a demonic legion threatened the whole of Azeroth. The call went out for every able person to take up arms in defense of the natural world. The very world Queok had vowed to protect as a budding Druid. So he traveled, with other members of the Cenarion Circle to fend of the Burning Legion in the Third War. Here his training took on a whole new level as he fought not only for his life, but the whole of Azeroth. The victory came at a great cost, yet Queok survived the onslaught.

Change can foster growth. Queok traveled to Moonglade alongside the Cenarion Circle and received proper training as a Druid. It was here that Monury came to spend time with him. Their children had no need for their mother, as they each past their respective Rite of Passage. She also took up the mantle of Druid and began her training with the guidance of Queok. Even to this day, he travels regularly to visit his mate in Nighthaven.

Change can expand horizons. Queok had finished his training for quite some time and continued his studies on Herbalism. A small band of the Circle were headed for the reclaimed Dark Portal in hopes of studying the life of an uncharted planet. This appealed to Queok and once again he mimicked his nomadic roots and headed off with them. They settled down in eastern Zangarmarsh and built a small refuge.

Change never ends. Today Queok travels freely across Azeroth and Draenor seeking new adventures and wisdom. He stays in one place until he is satisfied and moves on. It is his heritage. He seeks to serve the land he's vowed to protect, wherever that takes him. He hopes one day Monury will join him so he can show her the vast wonders of the world. Until then he often visits her in Moonglade.
