Peran doesn't take foolishness kindly, nor does he approve recklessness or the like, trying to show people the benefits of thinking before acting, he usually remains as one who doesn't get into arguments but finishes those he gets into with a saying that should make the opposing party consider it's reasons behind the argument. Overall, he's a caring Tauren, helping those in need and keeping factors such as race and looks behind himself. When confronted by one truly bent on evil, he wouldn't hesitate to use his experience against the aggressor.

History

Peran's childhood took place at a time of relative peace for the Tauren. Without the threats of the Legion, Scourge or Alliance, his tribe could focus wholly on the centaur tribes who were a thorn in the back for every Tauren tribe. Born with a feeling of peace in his heart, he didn't join the hunters or their warriors in whatever needed doing, he instead preferred talking to the elders, learning of what came before him.

As years passed, he often took off to walk the land, see the state of things and generally learn more about the world. It was during these trips that he met many different personalities, learning to value kindness, care and wisdom above force of word or fist. It was seldom that he had to defend himself during his travels, doing so fiercely if he absolutely had to. It was also with the help of these trips that he came to know the Night Elves and their culture, even though he was not welcome among them.

A few months before the coming of the "outsiders", his life changed. Dreams of war began to cloud his vision and understanding of the world. Even though he knew much about the world, those dreams were something that scared him to the core, that caused him to seek out someone with knowledge of his trouble. A lorekeeper of the Runetotem clan was willing to take Peran under his wing and provide the answers he craved. Some time after the first of those dreams, the centaur tribes mobilized and charged against the different Tauren tribes, Peran wasn't with his tribe, instead spending every waking moment studying from the Runetotems. Once the Tauren met the Horde and the Battle of Mount Hyjal was held, Peran was among one of the many wise tauren who were taught the ways of the Druid. He took to the wilds once again, seeking to find wisdom from the Earthmother, regarding the events that had unfolded over such a short period of time, as well as use his newly found druidic powers to learn and see what he couldn't before.

He had been noticed here and there every once in a while, until only recently he reappeared in the desert of Tanaris.
