Personality

Usual Garments/Armor: Nuraava is used to wearing plate and heavy weaponry, and as such as most (if not all) worn armor consists of that. From head to toe, she'd wear a red faceguard, brown shoulder pieces, with matching up plate body piece, gloves, greaves and boots. Two swords on her hips, matching the color range of her armor. On her lower-back, just above her tail is a small one handed gun which she can easily grab by moving a hand behind herself.

Other: Nuraava carries a golden necklace around her neck with matching locket. Upon opening, a quiet tune would begin to play which she has carried since her childhood.

Also has a scar going over her stomach (From just below her left ribs, cross way to just above her right hip) from the crash into Azuremyst.

Personality

Fiercely competitive by Nature, Nuraaya strives to be the best. It does not matter what she wants to be the best in, for she simply wants to be the best in everything. There is not a challenge she will not take, even if it is a challenge that will harm her more than do good. Physically she is fit; wearing full plate armor she can push herself to great lengths. That same fitness requires a strong and stubborn Draenei mind to keep pushing herself, over and over to achieve what she set out to do at that time. She will not, and cannot lose. Losing for her means and instant challenge on the spot to set things right. Whether it brings her to the point of exhaustion or a mental breakdown, she will keep challenging the other person until she wins, ends up knocked out or simply gets refused another try. (Yet even if the person refuses a few times on the spot, she'd remember the face, remember the challenge and upon next meet.. Challenge that person again.)

In engineering and jewelcrafting she is quite adept, having a pair of steady and skilled hands to create little pieces of wonders. A trait coming from both mother and father, which over the decades was instilled into her. It caught her interest at early age and since then has not faded, as by now she still carries a musical locket around her neck to this day. Reminding her of a more peaceful time and ‘home.'

As with all Draenei, the light is something that is not far from her. A deep personal mixture of feelings and believes within her that allows her to do what she does. It installs hope, pride, and a lifted spirit even in darker moments of her life. Nuraava is not one to become unhappy easily, for even if she'd lose it all, the light would still be within her. And for that, she is very grateful.

Nuraava values strength above all other things, strength to push yourself to a new level like she has done so many times through out her entire life. Those who can not be strong, those who do not strengthen themselves, are weak and should stay clear of her. Not allowing weaker emotions to flow through her mind, she prefers to keep herself training, exploring or simply doing anything for as long as it takes to get rid of them. (Sadness, for example.)

That same strength makes her avoid many of her own kind. She does not wish to see others that relate to the past, and as such has not visited Exodar since she left it several years ago. The whole experience has made her more jaded then she normally was, preferring the light-heartedness of Dwarves and Gnomes above the other races. Both are skilled craftsman, enjoy life and it's freedom and in her opinion, do not worry too much about what there is to come. Which is exactly what she needs right now. Freedom, and good company.

History

(Born in -2971, age 0)
Three thousand years ago, the birth of a Draenei. As with every birth, it called for a celebration as Nuraava was embraced into her family and kin. It was not exactly a location one would expect to be born on; Oshu'gun, a ship drifting through space. Her childhood was a quiet one, a peaceful, sometimes a boring (or incomplete) one as she'd rarely end with her hooves on actual soil. An actual planet.

Becoming older, more mature yet still a youngling in the eyes of many (Despite already feeling so old and wise according to herself) Nuraava discovered the ways of both jewelcrafting and engineering through the guidance of her parents. Blacksmithing in its essence was interesting as well, but more in the ways that it provided protective garments then to actually make it herself. Having decided to focus on the other two studies, she like most Draenei had a knack for it and improved her works over and over. Not one to build anything of military intentions, Naruuva could be seen making necklaces, rings, lockets and other minor things. Inventions not so much, as the engineering was mainly used to make tools to aid with the jewelcrafting.

Alongside her works, Naruuva was taught the way of the blade. While defensively at first it quickly became an obsession. She'd train more and more, the rush of energy and adrenaline keeping her going even through the midst of nights. Her life would switch from her usual duties, to training whenever she had the chance. Night and day soon did not make a difference any more, all what mattered was her training. It was Nuraava's way of staying with herself, instead of losing herself in the thoughts that she'd never find a home or planet.

(Year -930, age 2041)
When the day came that the Draenei landed on Draenor, Nura was quick to sign up for exploration and scouting duties. Despite the need for the civilization to rebuild, she could simply not be on the ship for much longer. She needed freedom, she needed to stretch her hooves on real soil, breathe real air. Since that moment, Nura found her love for exploration and her days had been filled with visits to the Orcish tribes. To trade, research and simply use them as excuse to stay away from the ship a while longer.

(Year -1, age 2970)
She managed to make some 'friends' or at least acquaintances. Yet her world was torn apart once more when the Orcish tribes fell for Mannoroth and the blood pact. Caught by surprise as any other Draenei at the time, she suddenly had to make use of her training. The tribe she used to trade and observe, was now a tribe that eradicated her kind. Both parents died in the attack of the Orcs, and while Nura fought several off, she could not save them.

Fleeing at that point in time; dazed and shocked by the sudden Orc savagery that in mere moments had killed most of her friends and all of her family she and several others hid and waited it out. Having no peace of mind she focused entirely on her weapon training again, pushing away any emotions and thoughts about what had happened. When the call was given, she and her kin fought and regained control of the Exodar.

Another blood filled battle, another flight shortly after. She was stuck again on that spaceship, only this time, things were different.

(Year 25, age 2996)
As it came crashing down, Nuravaa's mind shut itself down. She cannot recall what went on during the crash, how she behaved and perhaps most importantly, how long she was out. While her wounds were of more severe nature, she survived. The training and physical fitness of her body had helped her through it, yet she was far from awareness. She could still not grasp how that moment what felt so brief had wiped away the lives of so many.

She could not stand to be around the ship for long, not with the memories so fresh on her mind and thus despite just having recovered for a few months, she went away. She pushed her body to an higher level than before and went to explore Azeroth. Learning one of her friends (Beala) was still alive, was of great comfort to her but it did not prevent her from going away from everything. If only for a short while.

(Year 29, age 3000)
In the last four years, Nura has visited the other races and became acquainted with them. She has yet to return to the Exodar or Azuremyst isle, and while having seen other Draenei on her travels, she made sure all visits and talks were brief. Living off the land, uncovering small gems (for selling and jewelcrafting) alongside hunting has kept her living with all needs satisfied.
