Personality

As a young lady, Nora grew up a spoiled little brat. Maturing didn't change her basic nature. Close minded and only caring for her own people, she'll do anything in her power to get what she wants--and she wants many things. Although she has some idea of empathy, it's limited to her love of her people. Deep inside, she weeps for the loss of the majesty and power her people once held. Although the consumption of Fel was looked down upon in her family as well as most other rich nobles, Nora took it into her hands to make sure she survived, and survive she did. If, however, she has an alternative--such as the restored Sunwell--she'll take it in an instant.

History

As a young child, Nora was always spoiled with rich clothes and the permission to attend lavish banquets. As she grew older and began to understand--or tried to see--where their family fit in society, her father sent her to study arcane magics and elven history in Dalaran. By the age of forty, she still had the heart of a teenager--unchaperoned in Dalaran, behind the watchful eyes of the mages, Nora abused the money her parents had sent her for studies and spent it on frivolous activities with friends.

While living life as a "student," Nora found herself focusing more on her social life and enjoying herself than doing any actual work. Whatever she didn't learn, she paid money for--maybe that didn't make her the greatest arcanist of all time, but it did pad the coinpurses of more than one professor. The only lesson the cowardly girl truly learned was this: money gets you everything.

When the Third War rippled throughout Quel'thalas, Nora was in Dalaran--and aware that she would soon be annihilated if she didn't escape. She fled to Stormwind, taking refuge in the city's streets. It wasn't until she was certain the calamity passed that Nora traveled back north to her shattered homeland...only to see her entire family dead or screaming from the pain of withdrawal. Nora was determined to survive even where her relatives refused, and so she turned to fel magics. She threw herself into bringing the elves back to what they had been before they crashed--but how?

After a good deal of consideration, Nora had an answer. She would be a political lobbyist, driving the elven society from behind--take power from the undeserving masses...for the glory of the sin'dorei!

About the Dragonfeller name: The name of the family, Dragonfeller , derived from their early success in Kalimdor. During the Sundering, they had made a name for themselves due to their martial prowess. It is said that everybody under that name could fell a dragon with their bare hands (not true). However, during the years of peace on Azeroth--after the whole ordeal with the forest trolls--this skill in combat died out, due to the family's decline in social and military success. Now it's just a rather cosmetic sign to show everybody around who that person is.
