Personality

Nejj is the type to enjoy good company, violence, and punching people's faces in. She is rambunctious at times and out of her trio of friends she is nearly the most immature and cocky. Nejj tries to not let others get her down or feel out of place, in fact, she's happy to challenge any of those views with a fight.

She's an oddball of an orc and that it usually gets her attention. She is not hesitant to work this to her advantage and get some gold out of it. The company she has does nothing to discourage such a mindset.

While she's not very open about it children make her sentimental and she's found herself crazy and thinking about having kids of her own someday. It can show depending on the conversations or topic at hand. Nejj is a big talker and can talk for hours on end.

History

Nejj's clan was nearly wiped out before she was even born, and by the time she was a toddler she was already in internment. While she was too young to have directly consumed fel she certain felt it in her young body, and with that felt the lethargy of her people. Fortunately, she didn't have to go through it alone.

Growing up in internment she had only her mother and her friends, who were of other clans, but treated her like a big sister. The two she always watched over were Daichi and Akua, and of the trio she was the oldest and tallest, at least until they all grew to be adults. She was barely in her twenties when Thrall liberated her people, and she was among the many orcs that took to arms to fight their way out. Her mother disappeared during the conflict and was presumed dead, though Nejj did not find any evidence of such.

The travel to Kalimdor for Nejj was just about the same for the rest of the orcs. She was anxious and was waiting to get on land, and start her own life. Other than picking up the trolls along the way, her travels across the sea was uneventful. Nejj and Akua couldn't think of much to do to support themselves without parents, or even formal training as soldiers. Instead she decided to turn to other methods. Nejj decided to take herself under the wing of the clan's elders. When the orcs rediscovered shamanism, she knew it would give her an opportunity to start fresh and make something of herself.

While training she took many trips in Durotar and at times visited the troll villages where things looked a little more free and easy going than the hard work she usually had to put up with. Nejj wasn't ashamed to spend a night out there around the fire, dancing with the rest of them. She was pretty good at it, actually; the trolls there certainly seemed to enjoy it, as well as the occasional visiting goblin. It gave Nejj an idea.

When she finished her shaman training she decided to see what money and life she could get out of her talents between fighting, having a slight command of the elements, and dancing. Oddly enough she heard of her friend Akua making coin from the goblins and how they were apparently “easy” so Nejj joined along. While some certainly didn't find it to be the most dignifying position, Nejj felt a sort of instant gratification when she found out that they practically threw coins at a looker, especially one who was willing to dress up and show her stuff.

The rest of her time was spent care-free living from coin to coin, usually through dancing, though she also had good luck in betting and arena matches. She shared her wealth with her friend and made a few other friends along the way. Her latest job to earn some coin has been tournament circuits, and she has joined the Hate Exchange in hopes of getting a piece of the pie with them.
