Appearance

Facial features:

Her face is angular, an elegant and even arrogant look about it. Her cheekbones are high which also gives her a sort of predominant look, sharp eyes also adds to that and they seen to constantly pass an aura of superiority, which Naria herself makes no effort to hide, often keeping a defiant smile or smirk over her lips. She usually holds a gentle scowl with her as well.

Her skin is noticeably soft, theres no visible scar on her face with the exception of a single strange mark on her right cheek which apparently was caused by a burn or something around that.

Body features:

Her body stands average, she's only slightly taller than an usual female, only by a few centimeters. She walks with elegance, a gentle sway of her hips on her walking stance. This elf passes a feeling of being predominant and superior.

About her feminine features, theres little difference from what the model shows, if not slightly wider hips and that should be about it.

Tattoos:

Naria's tattoos are quite nice and well made, it seems. The biggest one being a large phoenix which the head is visible at the back of her neck, it's wings spreading across both of her shoulders, and the rest of the phoenix's body is on her back. It's tail goes all the way down to her rear.

On the small visible part of her chest, theres a small red tattoo which represents a sun, with a few writings around it is visible, the writings are in Thalassian and it should be difficult to see it from afar.

Clothes:

Naria goes for comfort if she knows she won't be in any sort of fight, usually using the colors of Silvermoon into her casual attire, she really doesn't minds what sort of clothing she uses as long as it's comfortable. When she knows she's going to fight, or if she's going to travel a long distance without a portal, she actually tends to use a protective armor, enchanted to absorb more impact than it normally would. It's still however cloth. She also carries her sword and her staff with her.

Personality

While Naria still remains a proud and confident blood elf, certain events have led her to be more relaxed and not so stern when it comes to other races. Of course, she still deeply distrusts humans, and have no desire to be anywhere near any of the Alliance races. However, she seems less committed to quickly shut off any attempt of conversation made by someone who's part of the Alliance, in fact, the social barrier she had created between herself and any other race other than her own has even been removed, and she has been judging people based on them rather than their race. Another noticeable change is the rather relaxed stance she holds, much different than the seemingly always serious and stern one she had.

She remains a quiet, observant person. Preferring to rather observe a group talk than partake in whatever they may be talking about. She's not somber in any sense of the word, however; while Naria doesn't show, she has been fairly content as of late. Normally, when someone takes the initiative to chat with her, she's very likely to engage into conversation even if it's small talk and won't be against befriending them, either. Still, it takes a while for her to truly warm up to someone and begin to trust them in any manner.

History

Naria was born in an average quel'dorei family, her mother was a simple woman, with no real skill other than taking care of her house, while her father was a renowned magi. Since young, Naria was taught the basic things she needed to know, as well as Arcane in theory. Her father wanted his daughter to follow his steps, which in fact, she did. However, Naria also had an affinity for a sword, always playing with a wooden one during her young age.

As she became older, she stopped learning about the arcane in theory, and instead, was taught it in literal terms by her own father, a rather difficult and even severe training was given to her, her father was impatient and was easily angered by every simple mistake Naria committed. This made things hard for Naria, she was nearly giving up on her path to a mage, when her father had an idea. Having noticed her affinity for a sword, he asked a friend of the family, whom was a capable battle-mage for aid. He gladly accepted Naria under his wing, and he started to teach her a different type of magic, he taught her how to cast under armor, without having the arcane hindered by it, and he taught her how to wield a blade as well.

Naria developed herself quickly under his teachings, the man being way more patient than her own father, but at the same time, Naria had grew into a fine woman, and she started to call attention amongst the males of her kind, more specifically, her current teacher. She herself was also interested in him, and the two of them ended up into a relationship, which wasn't exactly supported by Naria's family, she was way younger than him at the time, the two loved each other too much to pay the others mind, however.

It was then when the Second War started, and the humans asked the elves for their aid. Naria herself didn't participated, but Aenrir Sunwing, her teacher and lover did, together with her father. Both of them traveled in order to aid the humans, with other elves who were sent to war. By the time it ended and the elves started to return to their home, only Naria's father returned, with the news that Aenrir was sadly struck down in battle, and didn't survived.

The news were devastating for Naria, she couldn't believe it and went to the point of accusing her own father, saying that it was his fault that Aenrir had died. Some time passed, Naria managed to overcome her depression, which was caused by the loss of a loved one, and decided to continue her training. By the time she was nearly a complete Battle Mage, the Scourge came rampaging into Silvermoon, laying waste into her beloved city.

Naria fought as much as she could with her newly gained skills, but the elves couldn't beat the great army of the bastard king, Arthas, and many fled. Naria and her family fled as well... Well, at least part of it. Sadly her mother had little to no skill in battle, and ended up killed during the assault. Naria's emotions turned into a mix of sadness and anger, she now hated the humans for their betrayal, and the undead for being the reason her mother died.

When Silvermoon was rebuilt, and the elves started to drain demonic energy in order to sat their arcane addiction, Naria gladly followed them without hesitation, as did her father. She wasn't too affected by the fact their eyes were now green, reminding of Fel, instead of the previous arcane blue, but wasn't too happy with it either. During this small time, Naria wanted to fight the Scourge, and was sure that if she trained enough, she could. With that thought, Naria dropped the frost spells, together with some arcane ones, and picked the school of Fire. She, with the aid of her father and by her own, started to develop an unique fighting style involving her abilities with a sword and with the fire school.

Naria was told about the Argent Crusade as well, and started to seek information about it. She managed to join a group of people who were traveling to Northrend and who'd join the Crusade as recruits. She wasn't particularly interested in the Crusade as a whole, but into destroying the Scourge, who took her mother from her. Naria did join the Argent Crusade, and fought alongside it for a good while, even attaining a higher rank of Crusader. It was then when the news had spread, and the Lich King was finally dead.

The woman was by now, an almost complete battle-mage, experienced with both a blade, a staff and arcane. She didn't return to Sivermoon, instead, she decided to retire from the Crusade, and joined a group of blood elves, the Sunreavers, since their case did appeal to her. In this brief time, Naria had met an elf who made 'skin-paints', or namely, tattos. After a long talk with this elf, Naria actually bought several tattoos, the method caused no pain since it was done by magical means, and they were purely for aesthetical means. Her first was the image representation of a phoenix, which she since young had an affinity for, she often sees the bird as a representation of her personality. "No matter how many times I fall, I'll always rise and continue my path again."

After that, Naria just made herself several more. Now, she lives in Dalaran, and often visits Silvermoon in order to see her father, while still practicing and trying to master her class - Battle-mage.

Skills and Abilities

Mirror Image - Whilst not knowing every arcane spell, Naria made sure she learned the basic illusionary ones, this, for example, gives her the ability to create a perfect image of herself which can be used to confuse enemies. The image is not able to attack, and dispels after a single hit. Skilled mages are capable of detecting it.

A firey surprise - Naria, with her skills in the fire spells, is able to engulf her blade with fire so her attacks will cause additional damage. In addition to that, she's capable of blinking behind an enemy and strike him right after.

Weaknesses

Incomplete: Naria has not mastered either arcane or melee combat, obviously. This sometimes might make her less skilled in combat, but she makes up by using both together.

Not so tough: She's not actually built to receive damage, and may go down quickly if an enemy manages to attack her, especially from close-range or with melee weapons.
