Personality

Mirra is a complex mix of the brash, brave and inherantly violent warrior along with a certain childishness. She laughs and cries freely with little consideration given to how others view her. This attitude extends to her manners as well as her general outlook on the world. Charismatic in her way, she likes taking on challenges just to see what happens. "Better lucky than good."

History

Mirra's sordid past begins at the age of twelve when she ran away from her parents' farm with a bard almost twice her age. Unfortunately for him, he didn't realize just how young she was until her father and uncles caught up to the pair three days later and confronted him. On finding out the tall young beauty was of such tender age, the bard disappeared as rapidly as the coins in his magic displays.

For the next couple of months, Mirra plotted her escape from what now seemed to her to be a drab boring life. Finally, with a few coppers and an old hatchet, she managed to head off on her own.

Travelling the countryside doing whatever she had to to get a good meal at night, Mirra finally met another man who didn't seem to have but one goal in mind on seeing her. It was this gruff veteran of the wars that took her under his wing and taught her to temper the strength earned in a childhood on the farm making up for a lack of brothers. By the time Mirra reached the age of sixteen, her mentor Bauchen, deemed her well trained enough to serve wherever she wished.

Instead of doing as was expected and running off again to fulfill a foggy desire for adventure, Mirra stayed with Bauchen another two years, carrying for the old man as the riggors of a hard life finally took their toll.

On his deathbed, Bauchen gave her the ring she now wears and sent her to find an former companion who was still a soldier in Stormwind which is where she has been for the past year serving duty in the militia since she refused to sign contract with the army itself.

With temporary assignment is coming to an end, Mirra once more finds herself free to determine her own path in life.
