Personality

Marr is usually really calm and thinks twice before he does something. He isn't too much of a speaker, when he speaks, he rather speaks to one person rather than to multiple persons. Marr is decently unsure of himself, yet he goes for what he believes in. He also stutters, worsening his insecurity. However, when you bully Marr about his stuttering, he will most likely walk away and sit down somewhere, or threaten the one bullying. But, in fact, Marr is a sissy, yet he manages to hide that quite well with some sermons.

However, him being a sissy and unsure of himself doesn't keep him from possessing great knowledge. He is to discover every tiny bit of druidism and of this planet's nature. Marr is animist and thus believes that everything contains a spirit, there being three main-groups, earth, nature and plants. He finds himself having a strong bond with the earth and nature, but he still has difficulties with communing with plants. That doesn't mean he can't, but he finds harder than communing with the earth- and nature-spirits.

Marr finds his swing amongst most races, and it is quite easy to befriend him. However, in his point of view, all races but one are of less worth to the Tauren, the Night Elves being the only race superior to the Tauren. They are demi-gods, Marr honours them and trusts them fully. He has no problems with the Orcs and Trolls. He rather doesn't speak to Forsaken, he finds them exaggerating and extremists. Yet, as long as the Forsaken tends to be friendly, so will Marr. Blood Elves, however, won't like Marr, nor does Marr like them. They're distrustful, addicted fake-Hordes. They spoil the air and earth with their arcane magic. He has little trust in the humans, having heard stories from Orcs, he will always be cautious when within earshot of a human. Dwarves won't be trusted. Their excavation work in Mulgore and the Barrens are the reason for this. Little knowledge he has of Gnomes and Draenei. He will be curious yet cautious when encountering these.

Marr is against fighting wars, they're plain wrong. However, he has nothing against fighting threats. The borders should be noted though. The Scourge is a threat, yet when you fight the Scourge, you are taking part in a war between the Horde and the Scourge. When fighting the Centaurs, you are to fight a threat, but there is no clear war between the Centaurs and the Horde, although they are hostile to one other. Marr is usually afraid to fight any threat, but once his goals are set upon fighting a threat, nothing will keep him from reaching his goals.

History

Marr was born in a small settlement of the nomadic Bloodhoof tribe. Ever since he was born he remembers being a nomad, moving when the resources get tight. He's been stuttering since he learnt to speak, pitying himself at times, just because of that. When feeling down, Marr went half a mile away from the then current settlement and watched the plains of the Barrens, calming down and getting to think. After an hour or so, he went back to the settlement.

Marr learnt to respect the Earthmother and the nature. Without them, the world would be a chaos. In his youth, Marr didn't hunt, even though some expected him to do so. He was quite afraid of becoming injured. And during Centaur attacks, he hid under the sheet in a tipi. Marr certainly wasn't the brave type and was quite ashamed of that. Nonetheless, the others don't resent him for that.

Now, on an arbitrary day not so very long ago, green-skins and blue-skins were spotted. Marr didn't know what exactly happened, but there was a fight right outside the village, he came to look somewhat closer, there was an army of green-skins and blue-skins fighting an army of Centaurs, and the Bloodhoof Tauren were fighting along with the strangers. Watching them defeat the Centaurs, Marr was impressed, yet tongue-tied. For some reason, they had to leave the settlement for the plains of Mulgore. The strangers came along all the way. The army of strangers led them to Mulgore, while the Tauren were walking behind them, seeming to defend the kodos they took with them.

Finally arriving in Mulgore, the sight impressed Marr, seemingly impressing the other Tauren too. They were to actually settle here. They got to a lake, where they settled the tipis and whatnot down. Seemingly, the green-skins and blue-skins went away, together with Cairne and some other Tauren troops, rumours went that the so-called Orcs and Trolls required help in finding a place to stay, and that the Bloodhoof tribe tried to pay their debts in this way. Anyway, other Tauren tribes were noticed in the newly founded 'Bloodhoof Village'. According to them, food and preys were a scarcity in the Barrens as the Centaurs drove them away.

This is where Marr met there Mistrunner tribe, a tribe that has recently rediscovered the path of the druid. As the Tauren united under one flag, Marr went to the Mistrunner druids for training. He learnt the theory bits of the path of the druid from them. The details of the Earthmother, the goals of druidism, etcetera. For a while, he has been learning from the Mistrunners, until it was time for him to sleep. Sleep in the Emerald Dream. In a tipi in the recently formed Thunder Bluff, he was put to sleep. Upon entering the Emerald Dream, Marr was amazed, this was the realm that he could be in until the next full moon, the condition that he decided that is required to wake up again. In the Dream, he really got used to druidism, everything was in balance, you could do things that you could not do in the mortal realm, and above all, this is where he first shapeshifted. It took some practise, but he did it. He got to commune with the nature, the plants, the animals.

And then, it was full moon, Marr woke up. Still being tired, he stepped out of the tipi he was sleeping in, covering his eyes from the light. He felt sleepy, yet energized. And he prominently felt enthusiastic. With haste, he walked away from Thunder Bluff, half a mile from Thunder Bluff, he stopped and sat down. He knew that he actually should meet the Mistrunners again, but they could wait. He closed his eyes as light covered his fur, and then shapeshifted into a lion. Out of enthusiasm, he started dancing like some circus-animal, jumping around, waving with his front-paws while standing up straight, anything. He shapeshifted back to his original form, slowly walking back to Thunder Bluff to meet the Mistrunners.

Seeing the Mistrunners, he has been congratulated. That same night, there was a celebration of Marr's induction to druidism. However, Marr was eager to learn more and thus headed for Moonglade. Once there, he was amazed by the view of the forests and the beauty of the lake of Elune. He entered the town of Nighthaven, seeing a Night Elf standing next to a Tauren, guarding the place. He came to seek a druid teacher, in which he succeeded. A Night Elf was to teach him the further arts of druidism. There was a notable difference, Night Elf druid are far more into plants and are closer to the Emerald Dream. Also, their healing was way more advanced. During his training, he has seen the Emerald Dream upside down, he was to discover its beauty inch by inch.

Now, he has finished his training, heading back for the Barrens, rediscovering its plains and seeking his use in this world.
