Typical paladin plate armor, as well as various plain civilian clothes and sometimes a humble robe or nice dress.

Other: Lyniev has a somewhat proper and very calm posture and presence. She seldom appears to stand out in a crowd, and doesn't intend to. Lyniev is fairly small for a draenei and has a nice, but not extraordinary, appearance.

Personality

Lyniev is very kind and upholds many draenei values, although she is slightly introverted. She has a broad sense of humor, enjoys gaining knowledge, and tries to handle problems with calmness and logic. Despite her kindness towards most people, she always keeps an eye out for harmful behaviors, and is not afraid to confront anyone about their dangerous wrongdoings.

History

Lyniev is part of a generation of draenei that never saw the paradise of Argus. Most of her life was spent hopping between temporary homes with the exiled draenei. During her time on Draenor, she lived in a village in Zangarmarsh. She often travelled across Draenor, and was interested in observing the orcs whenever she saw them. Like the rest of the draenei, Lyniev devoutly followed the light, down the path of a paladin.

Her father, Ericho, was a vindicator, and her mother was a mage. The young Lyniev initially aspired to be a mage like her mother, but later found her place with the Light. Ericho personally taught his daughter many of the ways of the paladin, teaching her to be both an effective healer and a skilled fighter. She fully embraced this path when she became a peacekeeper, defending villages and caravans from any potential dangers.

Lyniev witnessed the genocide of most of her kin during the Burning Legion's corruption of the orcs. While many of the draenei rallied to defend Shattrath from the orcish attack, Lyniev and her family escaped with the others to Telredor. The events had a terrible emotional impact on Lyniev when she realized that all of the defenders had died; she felt guilt for being a survivor of the tragic massacre.

Like the rest of the remaining Draenei, she fled on the Exodar, where many people - including her parents - died. Lyniev chose to take a break from her duties half a year after the crash, and chose to explore her new homeworld. She moved to Stormwind and visited many locations across Azeroth. Finishing her brief retirement, Lyniev has prepared to return to the battlefield in service of both the draenei and the Alliance.
