Appearance

A clean, tidy white long-sleeved shirt, black pants and dark brown boots. Recently, he has purchased a suit of platemail armour after moving into Stromgarde, but the belt was stolen by a temptress. Don't ask.

Other: He carries around a board with a nail in it, as well as a shotgun. He has replaced the board with an iron shortsword, and an iron shield.

Personality

Lou is often seen as a crackpot and a fool among many, but he is oddly enough a kind spirited and good person. He cares for his friends, though there are very few at the current moment.

History

Raised in a simple peasant family in Stormwind, Lou's childhood was not questionable based on his social class. As a small child, though, he was taught vital life lessons the hard way. He did not mix well with other children, they saw him as a wimp and as they sometimes put it, "girlie". But, he always knew that hurting another human being was wrong.

Lou was also the victim of many racially motivated abuses. Yet again, while he was a small boy ages 4-10, Lou was beaten by bullies who believed that the fact that Lou was Brown, and not White, was enough of an excuse to punch and kick him.

There is no doubt that Lou's been mentally, and somewhat physically scarred by his abusive childhood. Anybody would've been. From the ages 11-28, his life was that of a normal farmer. Get up, clean equipment, harvest and water crops, tend to animals, rest, eat, sleep and repeat. This carried on for many years until Lou had a mental breakdown. Stormwind's priests could not figure out what was wrong with him. Perhaps he was possessed? It seemed unlikely, considering the circumstances. Which kind of Daemon would want to possess a simple farm-boy anyway?

No, the mental breakdown was caused from suppressed memories of his childhood, all the abuse he endured and shrugged off, closing the memories up tight in an airtight chamber, which unfortunately exploded. Violently. After a doctor checked on him, he was admitted to the Stormwind Jails under the excuse of Craziness, as he seemed to pose a threat to the general public.

His time in the Jails was not too hard. He stood tall over all the other inmates, and his calm ways managed to get him out of a lot of strife. But, he started feeling depressed, so, using some common grime and a few ingredients, he made himself a small dosage of experimental medication. As he drank a small gulp for the first time, he finally felt truly happy! What a feeling it was.. What a rush! Unfortunately, he also became addicted. He struggled to find the ingredients necessary, but managed to scrape some up.

He was released 2 years later, somehow still alive. He was not seen as crazy anymore, and after some rough bumps and a few mishaps, his life was starting to get back on track. The farm was lost to a rich landowner who employed the use of slaves to bring in profit from the amazingly fertile land. Lou however found work at The Gilded Rose. He still had his addiction, but the money he was making easily paid for the necessary ingredients. Grime was just scooped from near drains. He took the new "outside" drug, and started hallucinating. Badly. He saw horrid Daemons fly over Stormwind, assaulting people. After he came out of the high, he did not remember a thing, but he did just remain laying in fetal position wherever he took the drugs, shaking violently.

There was something different in this formula.. After some tweaking, he found a rather good dosage in which the hallucinations were relatively minimal, and after-effects were barely there. He's discovered after various encounters with strangers while on his new drug, he believes that Zombies are invading, like an apocalypse, so he tends to take his crazy escapade away from Stormwind, or humans in general.

Now, with his drug problems under some kind of control, Lou leads a somewhat normal life. Well, however normal is defined in the mysterious lands of Azeroth. Also, while living a normal life in Stormwind, Lou's became happier, reducing his need for his drugs, overall, reducing his "highs".

Recently, Lou has moved to Stromgarde after taking part in the final battle for the keep. With the limited amount of people there, they tend to stick together and socialise, which actually makes Lou quite happy. After receiving a small note from a woman in a bar, he followed her to a room, where she had her way with him. (Not eRP, incase you're wondering) She took off with his belt, which had his drugs and coins attached to it. He thought it over after being "rescued" by the "Hero of Stromgarde", Jelme. He really didn't care actually! He was glad the drugs were taken. He could get over them finally! He actually laughed at the thought of what'd happen to the women who stole them.
