Instead of hiding behind the shadows fighting a guerilla war and using poisonous substances, she has reintroduced the old way of fighting especially among those former Knights of Lordaeron; To fight toe to toe and steel with steel.

History

Lora Nightingale was an archer in the ranks of Quel'thalas before the Third War. Living in Windrunner Village and being one of the Windrunner's retainers, she was born and raised to serve and protect her master not knowing anything else. She was trained hard by her father, a ranger himself with the elven martial styles of wielding the sword and shield, to protect the flanks of the rangers as they shoot down enemies from afar. She would of course, be tested when the undead scourge arrived. Countless were slain in the onslaught. He and her father managed to survive though with everlasting shame and guilt not to be able to save Lady Sylvanas from Arthas' clutches. Even with her father's insistence that they go back to save the lady, she pulled her father with her to escape, which caused her father to greatly hate her so. They parted ways finally, and Lora joined Kael'thas' army who was at the time helping the remnants of Lordaeron. It was here that she would meet her untimely death at the hands of the scourge. Her last sight was that of Sylvanas, her figure standing alongside Arthas.

Moments of slavery had past as a risen minion of the scourge and as a worthy Death Knight. Her efforts were fueled with rage and desire to slay the now self-proclaimed Banshee Queen who had just broken free from the Scourge's control. She wasn't really sure what she was doing at the time but her determined self told her to slay the resistance and kill her former master, as the Lich King would want to have her kill her closest loved one in the form of her master. All this was postponed when the knights were ordered to assault Light's Hope Chapel. It was here that she regained her consciousness and independence and after retaking Acherus and Darion allowed the knights to return to their homes until further notice, she was drawn back to Sylvanas, her loyalty not dying even 'til death and feeling resonsible for her death, even though in reality it would be impossible to save her. Swearing allegiance once more and along with a few former knights of Lordaeron whose nobility and loyalty never wavered even in the face of death, they reformed the Order of the Knights of Lordaeron and created the Queen's Knights, where they would serve to their last days with sword and steel the new Queen of Lordaeron. Although Darion's cries for the Knights of the Ebon Blade to return, she only returned at more important gatherings and battles, using Undercity as shield and protection from fanatically loyal Death Knight hunters. 'For Lordaeron and for the Queen!' was her motto, and with undying loyalty she attacks those who would seek the Forsaken's demise or those who cling to Uther, Lordaeron's traitor's beliefs.
