Liza is a cheery character. Where others cause drama, see desperation and ends of others, she sees a way out. She is always optimistic and rarely without a smile on her face. While she prefers the worgen form she has no problem being in human form. All in all she is friendly. As long as the person remains respectful they will have the respect of Liza. Being usually in the company of men, she tries her best to fit in. One should not be surprised to see Liza order herself a drink or for her companions, let alone be surprised when she burps in a joking manner. Despite all that she still has a lady in her. She is not an easy catch and will prove to be difficult in most heated arguments. The above mentioned will only be shown to close friends as she does not go around acting as such in front of everyone.

She has a certain way of approaching people and making them open up to her, with her smile and friendly attitude it makes it all the easier to do such things. Overall, she makes a good friend and a smooth talker as well. She is the one who will keep the group together and make silly jokes in order to keep everyone's spirits up. You won't see her complaining about things that usually do not matter to most men. Unlike a lot of her female friends, this one does not mind what would usually bother a woman. After so much time with David, nothing really surprises her, she fights it all with a smile and her never ending optimism which always strikes those around her.

History

Liza Riverwood was born in Gilneas like most of the worgen of the latest intrusion of the curse. She had a mostly happy life, her parents raised her to be the way she is. They strove to make her happy, optimistic. They wanted her to have a good outlook on life and they never wanted her to be brought down by certain events. Liza was taught how to read and write in her early ages. She was sent to school and eventually ended up in college along with a young man she met there. His name was David. While David had no friends to go along with, rarely a girl in his circle. Liza was the popular one. Funnily enough she never wanted it so. Her good looks attracted many men, but she went for David anyway. She helped him out most times and learned to read him and his behavior.

In truth, Liza just wanted to help people. It just so happened, David needed the most help. A part of her liked him, one way or the other. Soon enough they became good friends. A day didn't go by that they didn't hang out together. The more time she spent with David, the better David had become. He was usually depressed due to the situation in his family. He never really knew his father and his mother wasn't very motherly at all. She forced things on young David and Liza was the one to help him break out of his bubble as David was shy and insecure. But it would not go as a one way influence in such a relationship. David had afflicted Liza as well. While David was the desperate and lonely college student, Liza was the opposite. She would often suffer from his swinging moods but that never discouraged her. Knowing how badly David wanted to be a soldier, she got him into contact with her father. Liza's father was merely a soldier, he'd show David his armor his sword and shield. He would train him at times. Liza liked observing them as such and would often try to train with them, but her father never allowed it. They got along rather well. You could say David became a part of their family for a short time before the forsaken invasion, the curse and the civil war. Liza was much like David himself. She never cared for politics, she just wanted everyone to be happy. She could try, but it never got anyone anywhere. The only person ever afflicted, permanently, by her charms would have been David. So she stuck along with him.

Sadly, when things went for worst, both David and Liza were separated. During such a separation, their paths had lead them away from each other for the time being. She was struck by the rampaging worgen and eventually turned into one of them, finding herself a tall and strong female. She was wanted by the forming feral packs during all the chaos in Gilneas. After several days of rampaging through Gilneas, she met with feral David himself. David being the rebel to all the packs who were forming, simply focused upon Liza herself. He fed her and they hunted together for a short time. A small pack was formed but they were soon enough discovered by the elves and taken to Darnassus, cures and rites were administered and passed through. Their fates intervened like that, once more, they ended up together, this time simply in Darnassus. While Liza had a relatively easy recovery from ferocity, David did not. There for, she remained in Darnassus for upcoming six months, helping David recover. Funnily enough she was the only person the young worgen let close to him. Often the night elves would use her and that made young Liza meet her friend better. Seeing how she was the only one who could approach David who was still having a hard time escaping ferocity despite the fact he had been administered the cure and gone through all the rites, this is exactly why the night elves needed her and her only. David would never let anyone else grow closer. A part of him succumbed to Liza every time she'd approach, there for she was his ticket out of his problems, the ferocity he had faced. Eventually the treatment worked, David became less feral and more stable. He learned how to control his emotions and Liza played a big part in it.

His every move was analyzed by her and by the end of it all, she simply knew how to respond to every situation and to all his moves, after so much time together and having their fates intervened the way they were. It was still unknown if they ever engaged into an open relationship and if such a thing happened it was kept secret for unknown reasons. Few knew the real truth. The two did love each other, but that event was buried in the sands of time. None the less David himself wanted to explore the world and left Darnassus soon enough. Liza was left behind for her own reasons, mostly helping others such as David, but she missed him and eventually simply gave up and went after him. Upon finding him, she realizes he has a lot on his plate and simply decides to help him as she had been helping him so far.

She never stopped thinking about home, she desperately wanted to go back. It was a painful memory, seeing her friends fight with each other over opening or closing of a gate. In truth she always wanted to go beyond the wall to see more of the world which the worgen curse had offered to her. She wished for a peaceful conclusion to the civil war, she was never the one to support conflict unless it is absolutely necessary. That may have changed over the course of time through out her adventures. Eventually she found David, what she saw was not pleasing to the eye, but she was glad he is happy. David had found someone else other than her, she settled with just being friends.
