Appearance

Usual Garments/Armor: Liselle prefers to dress herself in nice robes or simple dresses. She takes a good deal of pride in making herself presentable and ready to face the day. Her clothes tend to favor the colors of white, blue and gold. In addition to this, she’ll usually be carrying a metal staff. The staff takes the shape of a triangle at the top and is usually used for walking and thwacking people on top of the noggin in case of emergencies and close combat.

Other: Liselle always wears a necklace that she is constantly fiddling with. The necklace is a simple silver chain with a ring hanging on the end.

Personality

Alignment: Neutral Good

Liselle is a very kind and loving person. She always tries to believe that there is good in people, despite what they may do or say. She is a woman that highly believes in second chances as well, and would much prefer to approach problems from a non-violent and compassionate stand point. Of all the virtues that she holds in high regard, mercy is probably one of the most important.

When a fight does break out, however, or when adventure is had- Liselle’s priority is always to make sure that her friends and companions are safe and taken care of. She makes it her personal mission to take care of the wounded and less fortunate.

She does appear naïve and oblivious upon first meeting, but she is not completely that way. She does quietly resent the fact that people think her to be harmless and weak, but will not go out of her way to prove them wrong either. Her smarts and skills make sure more book/knowledge saavy than knowledgeable to the ways of the streets. It is the one sidedness of her knowledge base that probably would give the impression that she is clueless about the world around her when she travels.

Her ultimate goal is to earn enough money by working odd jobs and adventuring, that she could afford to open her own school for human Orphans in or around the Stormwind area. Liselle maintains that a good education and being well read is the key to a successful future no matter what kind of economic background one might come from.

History

Liselle and her twin sister were born in the Hillsbrad Foothills. Their Father was a lumberjack, and upon fleeing Stormwind during the First War, he found himself enamored with the local Blacksmith’s wife. Liselle and Kate were the result of this illicit love affair, and when they were born Liselle was kept by the blacksmith and his wife, while Kate was hoisted off on their lumberjack Father because the frugal Blacksmith thought the financial burden of keeping two daughters and a wife would be too much.

When the Second War brought conflict and violence to the region, Liselle’s parents feared for her safety and decided to send her to the under construction Abbey. It was for the best, they truly thought, that she get an Education while staying out of harm’s way. In addition to this, they knew that Liselle was already the type of person that liked to help with chores and errands. She would be a bigger help down there than if she stayed in the Hillsbrad Foothills.

It turned out to be a perfect fit. Liselle simply adored her life in the Abbey. She would spend hours reading and writing, learning the philosophy of the light, and above all; the many virtues required to wield the power of the faith. For years she studied and practiced honing those skills in the Abbey until she was an adult, and therefore ready to go out into the world on her own.

Her adventures began with a lot of volunteer work in Stormwind. She spent a lot of time reading to the Orphans, cooking for them, and even assisting a local tailor with repairs and other seamstress tasks. She would have been content to live her life like this, but when her Sister showed up things got a little strange. Kate was a drunken mess and was often getting in trouble or going on wild crazy adventures. This concerned Liselle, and so she started following Kate around to make sure she was safe.

Sometimes, Kate would go off on wild tangents about wanting to be a hero; and so long as she had something to believe in, she would be slightly less crazy. This made Liselle think deeply about what she wanted for her own life, or even for the lives of the Orphans she tried so hard to help. It was then that she decided on her life dream of saving up enough money to open her own school. Her own sister wasn’t that educated, and surely such a place would have made a difference in her life.

With this new goal in mind, Liselle could no longer focus on just volunteer work. She would often work with her sister, taking far more dangerous jobs to turn a far bigger profit. This ultimately led to Liselle serving as a medic in Northrend, working tirelessly to prevent the deaths of Alliance soldiers.

Now, one can find her wandering about looking for additional work where she can use her skills for the greater good. Hopefully.

Liselle is a very devout follower of the Light and was educated in an Abbey. As a result of this, her abilities are precisely what you would expect of a light loving Priest. Liselle is a very accomplished healer, and has the capability to call upon the power of her faith to smite her enemies.
