Personality

Lemus is a gentle, friendly man with a strong will and a lot of determination. Although he is now a man of the Light, he loves to study and catalog anything he can learn about Fel magic or the Nether. Having such information, to him, would be a great help. A 'Know thy enemy' type of thinking.

History

Born to a Priestess mother and a somewhat wealthy merchant father in Southshore, Lemus is the second child of Edwin and Emily Belak. His older brother, Loxe was as good a brother as Lemus could hope for. That is, until Kenlure was born.

Loxe was 4, and Lemus 2 when Kenlure was born. The birth killed Emily. This saddened and confused Lemus, as it would most people. It only brought rage into Loxe. Loxe held to the fact that his youngest brother had killed his mother, and often tormented and beat on Kenlure.

Lemus took the role of protector and care-giver to Kenlure, as his father was gone for long periods of time. This developed Lemus into the maternal figure he is today. When Lemus was 16, Loxe brutally attacked Kenlure, claiming that by killing him he could have his mother back, that an angel had come to him in a dream and said so. After that, Loxe ran away, disappearing.

Even after the healer had come, it was obvious that Kenlure was going to lose the leg. It had been torn at and carved up with a sharp knife. Lemus had not been there, and it tore at him that he could do nothing as the healers work but cry for his brother.

It was then that Lemus stood up to his father and said he was leaving to do something with his life. He told him that he would just have to take Kenlure with him, and that the family had fallen apart because he was never there and because of Loxe.

Edwin agreed, shamed by his own son. He packed up the household and went on the road to sell his wares with Kenlure once he was in a good enough condition. Lemus talked to the local healer, Ernie, and asked if he had any work.

For the next three years, Lemus learned to clean and patch wounds, sew up deep cuts, and mix medicines. At the age of 19, Lemus left for Stormwind. He was immediately drawn to the Cathedral, and after a bit of coaxing from the priests, his healing magic manifested and he became an official priest of Stormwind at the age of 21.

He hopes to save those who have nobody to save them, to be a shoulder to cry on, a friendly face to talk to. He wants only, to someday be an important member of Stormwind's present, and future.
