Personality

Kind and caring, gentle and loving... these are the traits she employs to gain the trust and adoration of others. These feelings are quite genuine, and not at all limited to a select few. She takes it upon herself to be everyone's mother, caring for them in any way she can, sometimes to the point of being overbearing. She doesn't mean to be, of course, she just has a hard time keeping her miniscule nose out of other people's business.

But she's an artist! An actress, to be more precise, although her other artistic abilities shine through in her Enchantments and especially in her Inscriptions, the latter being a demonstration of her skill in calligraphy. As such, she has the typical personality that the author swears is a prerequisite to being an art teacher in any capacity: Downright eccentric.

History

Kimee was born to well-off Magi of Gnomergan. The second of two children, Kimee and her elder sister grew up in their parents' footsteps and trained in the arcane. Their parents were their original instructors, until they came of age to be sent away to Dalaran to further develop their skill.

It was there that she met a dashing young man by the name of Leonard Shadowstep, who seemed to have fallen for her early on. A warrior who was stationed in Alterac, he'd always be found trying to win Kimee's affections during his leave, showering her in gifts of flowers and chocolates. But she, being the dedicated student she was, rejected his attention for a good long while, until finally caving in some years later.

Shortly after her graduation from the university there, the pair married, and Kimee bore a child. Her husband remained in the army, and so she was often left raising the child alone for long stretches of time, but she still managed to open and maintain a small shop of enchanted nicknacks and baubles within the city of Gnomeregan to support them. And then the first of the wars started, and a good few years went by with mere letters to keep her calm.

The years between wars were spent quietly and happily together, and each new war or skirmish left Kimee alone and worried sick, with their child quickly growing up to be as strong as Leo, yet as intelligent as her. And then the incident with the Troggs forced her and her now-adult child to take what they could and relocate to Ironforge where they now stay, far more at ease and at home within the iron fortress.
