Personality

Jo is a mischievous actor, adoring to assume roles in order to get people to like her-- to try and perhaps have a sort of manipulating influence at some point in the future. Her job as a barkeep allowed her for some experience in dealing with people and reading them, allowing her to quickly decipher what the other likes and abhors. It allowed her to hone her people, also known as social skills quite a bit; entering conversations with complete strangers and maintaining a neat and appropriate appearance and demeanour at most times. She is rather outspoken on her own opinion -- at least when she is not trying to win somebody over on her own side. As such, she has made an awful lot of 'friends'. Although, the term acquaintance is preferred, in her opinion. Furthermore, she is a show-off at times. She knows just how skilled she is in the usage of guns--- and doesn't hide it in the slightest. Whether it is to intimidate drunk and rampaging patrons or to simply display her almost perfected craft. Usually, she is always up for some trick shots.

Although, there seems to be no haughty attitude or arrogance stuck in her. Merely an assured mind that her skill is quite excessive. When not having assumed a role, she almost seems to shy away most emotions to try and let nothing faze her. Whether it is self-preservation or something else, isn't really publicly known. Her morals are dubious at best, considering methods such as the use of fel, manipulation and betrayal ever-day business at this point of her life. This might be connected with her excessive exposure to goblins in the past years, however. Easy-going and calm, at least that is her approach with most things in life. She tries her worst not to make a drama out of everything and instead solve things in a civil manner. This doesn't always seem to work out, however. Her methods, furthermore, seem rather extreme at times. The punishments for some criminals really are excessively gruesome, at least sometimes. Then again, she sometimes muses about morals and ethics, the matter really not leaving her mind at any given time. A rather curious case. Her interest in the human mind is at a peak, even if most psychologists-- if they even exist in Azeroth would consider her emotionally damaged. That is another story entirely, however.

On races, she seems to have a rather dubious view. A certain interest is spawned from the odd and alien, those that seem to defy nature. Among them are Draenei, Night Elves, Forsaken and Death Knights. Beyond that, she seems to harbour a slight distaste for gnomes and dwarves. Although, that can easily be shrouded away behind a veil of merely another role. Humans and Goblins are viewed with neutrality. Blood Elves spawn quite a bit of interest in her, as their history is made of tragedy and slaughter. And their similarity with humans. Orcs and trolls are seen as rather primitive, so she pities them, at best.

History

Jo's parents came back to the city of Stormwind as as pilgrims. After it had been razed by the orcs during the first war and conquered again during the second, it was rebuilt by masons. Her father was among them, becoming one of the defias at a later date during Jo's life--- but that is another entirely different story. Her mother was a tavern maid back in Stratholme and once she and her husband established in Stormwind she instead decided to open up a tavern on her own. If a drunkard who has been busy consuming alcohol and heading to brothels almost fifteen hours a day managed to run a tavern, she sure was able to. A rustic woman, really. Knowing her way around patrons and matrons whilst managing to maintain just that certain distance and seriousness.

After a few initial, financial problems the establishment finally managed to get the curve and earn some money. And not just little. Hiring some cheap employees, the business kicked off. During that time, she was already pregnant. And after some more time, Jo was born to this world. Her mother didn't ever really stop working during the entire eight and a half months. When she was a toddler, she was pretty much surrounded by the usual scenery of a low-life tavern; drunken brawlers, suggestive waitresses and waiters, even more blunt and indecent customers. It was fun, sure. Once she was able to speak properly and walk, her mother started to train her in her own craft-- first educating her in the art of gaining the most possible tip and soon, many more dirty tricks in this particular craft.

Due to her age and the reclusive tavern household, she hardly noticed anything about the third war which raged up in Lordaeron. After her father joined the defias and left her mother, he hardly was hard of anymore. However, it is rumoured that he soon joined some of his fellow 'brothers'--- in the stockades. Furthermore, her mother send particular looks to a certain, bearded, tanned and handsome man that was part of a certain crew of criminals who lingered down in the jungles of Stranglethorn-- or at least the coast of it. Well, dragging her daughter with herself, they bolted towards the south. After looting her own tavern, naturally. And eventually setting it on fire. And there, they arrived. Her mother decided to join the pirates whilst Jo herself decided to join up with a particular goblin in Booty Bay. As a barkeep. There she worked for a few years. Naturally, she was offered a position within the pirate's crew--- she was an ace with any sort of firearm, after all. Something, her mother trained her in from a young age. How young? Well, she was six when she fired her first shot. And from there, own interest stemed. Given the fact how many dwarven wanderers decided to pass by and share their interest, her daily routine always included firearms in some sort. Whether it was disassembling or firing them. At some point in her life, normal shots were too easy. And as such, she begun training stuntshots that kept the crowd in the tavern entertained. It surely was a skill that wasn't too common.

But, she kindly declined. She wasn't really set on becoming part of a highly criminal crew. The solitude and independence of her current affiliation with the tavern was more than enough for her. Sure, the barkeeping was only half of the deal, really. Smuggling, slave trade, illegal wares and such... those were all around. Her life expectancy really wasn't too high. Especially due to certain small wars she waged with other smugglers, dealers and traders. It attracted unwanted attention, but there's nothing a little bribing can't fix. Especially with guards that are goblins.

Then, there was deathwing. And in a second, the tavern was wrecked by the masses of water that gushed against the wood planks. At least she survived. Now, that was her history up to now. After retrieving most of her things, she finally settled on moving again. The world was ever turning, after all...

Skills and Abilities

Ricochet - As opposed to splitting, or firing multiple projectiles at once to decimate foes, Jo opts to create shots that bounce off enemies and hit more than a single one. (Replaces multi-shot)

Stuntshot - Gunman, simply for the sake of showing off, can perform excessively difficult shots. Such shots do not possess any special traits or practical reason, but simply display the skill of the shooter.

One Final Dance - Drawing two magically enhanced pistols, Jo manages to deflect quite a few meele attacks, other projectiles and even spells. This, however, is a rather incredible feat and requires extreme reflexes. She won't be able to do it twice in a (normal) fight. (Replaces deterrence)
