Personality

Sometimes a bit rude and ignorant, Jiashi may be a hearty friend if she thinks you deserve it. She gets quickly irritated if someone offends her or her beliefs, and is oftenly aggressive with people who go against them. She will try to argue and, if that doesn't work, she'll start a fight or try to curse that person. She gets uncomfortable in the presence of things she doesn't fully understand, like warlocks and undead. She values freedom deeply, and tries to live her own way, not caring about other people's opinion. She enjoys drinking and smoking.

History

Jiashi's mother was a witch doctor in a small tribe settled in Stranglethorn Vale. During her youth, she met a member of the tribe who was very charismatic, but however, considered puny and unworthy. She did not listen to her father's advices about the man, and mated him. Furious about her disobediance, her father convinced the chief to kick her out of the tribe and the village, leaving her mate behind. The troll started to live in a hut in the middle of the jungle, pregnant and lonely.

Nine months later, she gave birth to Jiashi in the wilds, and would teach her how to craft potions and elixirs, and where to find the necessary ingredients, and the trolls' traditions. However, she never told Jiashi the name of her former tribe. The girl grew strong and healthy, until her mother died of a fever, when she was only twelve. The young Jiashi learned to live by herself, hunting and collecting herbs from the jungle. One year later, she ventured into Booty Bay, and quickly got fascinated by the variety of the kinds of people in the location. As she walked through the port's streets, a goblin called her to a small alleyway.

"'Ey, blue girl, y'interested in doin' some lil' money?", he said. She quickly nodded. "Get this package for a man called Gigwix in the inn." He showed a white package, leaving it on the troll's hands. She got off the alley, and, driven by curiosity, quickly hid behind a shop and opened the package. Inside it, she found a few leafs of madweed. She quickly folded the package again and got to the tavern. There, she looked for Gigwix, who was a goblin in very expensive clothing. She delivered the package for him, and was paid some silver coins for her work. "If y'want some extra money, always come back here! I got plenties of work for you to do.", said Gigwix.

She kept delivering packages for the goblin trafficants for an year, until in one of the deliveries, when she went to the inn, she found lots of bruisers around the building, looking for Gigwix. She quickly turned around and headed back to her hut in the wilderness with the delivery. The other day, she found out Gigwix was arrested and that his men fled from the town. Having nothing to do with the madweed, she tried to plant it near her hut. The young troll soon started producing and selling the weed herself, making even more money than when she worked for Gigwix's gang.

One day, she decided to prove the weed herself, and as long as she inhaled the smoke, she had a vision. In that vision, she saw what she thought to be the Loa talking to her, and showing her father. She was told to try finding him and her mother's former tribe. When the effect wore off and the vision vanished, she quickly tried to smoke again. The visions did not come back, however.

The years passed, and Jiashi kept dealing madweed and consuming it herself. When she was eighteen, she had another vision. This one, however, wasn't about her father. She heard the Loa telling her to go to Grom'gol Camp, and so she did. In her visit to the camp, an old troll invited her into his hut. He talked to her about a vision he had of the Loa, telling him that a new person would come to the camp that day and he should teach that person all that he knew, for his end was nigh. The old troll taught her the arts of the voodoo, how to use the hex to strike her enemies. Jiashi later found out that her new master had a drinking problem and that he was drunk when he had that "vision".

However, the old troll did die soon, leaving all of his teachings to Jiashi. Now nineteen, she waits for a big opportunity appear in her life, the opportunity for her to put her skills into use and achieve greater powers... And find her tribe.
