Appearance

A red dress, warm cotton gloves and slippers. Recently, Jell has come across a nice set of black clothing which she quite likes. Black's the new black!

Other: Jell keeps a dagger on her at all times, tucked into her boot. She always wears boots, regardless of her other outfit.

Personality

Jell is a compassionate, caring woman who does not stop to help her friends, including one Surennia. She is greatly motived when her emotions are involved, but that's not to say that she's a do-gooder. She's not afraid to start a fight however, especially when drunk. It only happened one time, and here's to hoping it won't happen again. Although, Jell has a mild case of xenophobia towards Gnomes. She's scared they'll try to sell her stuff.

History

Jell was born in Loredaeron City to a family of rich landowners. Jell received a good education, and was loved by nearly all who met her. Her parents on the other hand, did nothing to support her. They didn't help her when she had the rare problem with somebody(s), or during the defining moments in her life. She managed to get over her parental issues, and became a strong, young lady.

At the age of 16, Jell and her family moved to Stormwind, as they were experiencing difficulties with the Loredaeron housing market after some dodgy deals made by her father. They lived rather well there. Her parents got out of the housing market, and decided to go into baking. They taught Jell how to cook, seeing as in that time, it was the woman's "responsibility" to cook the family's food. She did not take too well to this idea, and refused to learn. Her parents, who were "tradition nuts", frowned upon this, and abandoned her. She was cast out onto the streets of Stormwind. At this point in her life, she didn't care whether she lived or died.

Thankfully, Jell lived. In fact, she did more than living. She got herself a nice job working at the local Inn, doing maid work. The coin was not too generous, but it was enough to live by. Since she helped so much at the Inn, she was allowed to stay there as long as she worked there, free of charge.

4 years after Jell was cast out by her parents, at age 20, her parents fell victim to the plague of Undeath after returning to Stormwind. Her father heard of a new job opportunity, and leaped at it. Unfortunately, once they arrived, they met some rather unfriendly peasants who seemed to have.. Bits.. Falling off.

Jell, after learning of this news, was given somewhat better news. Her parents had apparently been saving up to move over to Kalimdor to travel. With a grand total of over 500 gold, Jell was set for life, being an only sibling. Jell continued on with life, working at the Inn, known to most as the Gilded Rose. Until she met Tenton.

She had fallen in love, and it appeared that Tenton had also. (Un)fortunately, she also met Surienna that same day. Jell became more attached to Tenton, and managed to keep a somewhat stable relationship with Surienna. Although, until recently, Jell has not seen Tenton around much, mostly because of a busy life, as well as a few of her own personal problems. She wasn't sure that she was in love.. She had never felt that way before.

Mostly now, she's been just working at the Gilded Rose, day in and day out. Though she has quite a lot of money, she wants to work. She's been at the tavern now for 9 years. She has seen it go through two owners already, the most recent of which is Alison, who Jell's grown a liking for. She's also learnt that there is a group of Gnomes called "G.O.O.S.E", who on many separate occasions have tried to sell things to Jell, and many of her friends. She's somewhat paranoid now. Well, very.
