Appearance

Huorn always wears a necklace decorated with Quilboar tusks, and has a baby Centaurs hoof or two hanging from his belt. What he wears to fight, and what he wears most of the time, is an assortment of cloth, leather, mail and plate, he also wears... Horse Shoes and the armor around his hooves is thick and heavy, these two things having to do with his fear of hoof injury, he wears this all red mix-match of garb and armor with the tabard of the Bloodsworn Honorguard, or Orgrimmar proudly worn with this clothing set. At other times, he wears a kilt and a tunic.

Other: Huorn is a tough and muscular fighter, however he sometimes gets... a bit fat. His face has many scars, and his horns are... polished?

Personality

Huron is not the one who'd object to killing a whole race, if it benefits his family, friends and tribe. However he is not the one to kill for greed[although brutally mauling is something he may do...]

Huorn holds the Earthmother in high regard, and dislikes those who think the Earthmother is rubbish, or poppycock. He dislikes Night Elves due to "Their long, wierd, purple, rabbit ears." and believes that Elune is somewhat of an mockery of the Earthmother. He tolerates the Alliance, and believes that peace is possible with them, except perhaps... the night elves.

Huron usually finds battle and warfare disgusting when it is happening, and glory filled when it is over, for in his mind, he can appreciate it's glory when he is safe and alive to think about it, however recent interaction with Orcs and other war-loving warriors is starting to change Huorns attitude on violence, to what he thought of it many years ago.

Quirks: Talks to self, out loud often... Huorn also puts on his waist or belt, one centaur hoof, or two... the number depending on if he's had a good yesterday, or a bad one, one for good, two for bad. He is very intolerant of pain in his hoof, a glance of his own hooves bleeding is enough to drive him into a rage. He is unnerved by humans riding horses, in his words they are "Like centaurs, but much tougher." in combat he'd most likely avoid cavalry and pick off enemy infantry.

History

Huorn was interested in fighting and warfare ever since he was a child. He thinking it filled with glory, and a fun and wonderful thing ((I would imagine youths of even the Tauren of that time, well at least some of them to have thought that.)) however most of his positive feelings dissipated, and glory filled expectations were dashed when he had taken part in his first battle, although he took some happiness from living through it. [Don't know if that should be in the personality section...]

His father and mother, both being war-abhorring tailors and leatherworkers, he had turned to another family figure for bonding and guidance. He had became close to his uncle on his fathers side, for he was a warrior of the tribe. Huorn had been taught how to fight a few times by his uncle, and has had mock fights with other young ones who too had visioned war as a glorious thing.

Always hiding with all the other non-fighters and young ones in what is called the hiding tent, which would always be the largest tent in the camp. Huorn had been sheltered from how messy violence could be.

While his tribe was as strong as any other group of Taurens, they were a small one, and those that could fight, were required to. Huorn and the other youths had fought horn and hoof to help defend their tribes.

The first skirmish he had participated in, was a minor raid against the Bluehorn, by some nearby centaur. At the start he had been fighting well, for an youth... but after he had slain his first foe, he looked around the battlefield and saw much gore lied on the plains, revolted, Huron headed back to hiding tent, for they needed a few warriors there, and there was much less blood... Huron had finally started to see war as perhaps a foul thing, but he had decided to stick with being a fighter.

The second skirmish Huorn had participated in, he endured the gastly sight and noise of the battleground for half of the battles duration, before yet again retreating to the hiding tent.

The third fight, Huorn had stayed to fight the whole duration, and got his first bit of blood-caked glory, it had felt wonderful, and despite knowing that warfare can be disgusting and horrible, he knew that he indeed was a fighter at heart and soul.

Huorn Boarstomper had earned his second name nearing adulthood. His tribe had been attacked, not by harpys, nor centaur, but by quilboars, for the first time in a surprisingly many years.

After the fight, Huorn had reflected upon the stregth of the centaur and harpys, how they could match a group of tauren by perhaps only having a dozen more, however he noticed that the quilboar were much weaker [atleast I'd reckon they are.] then the other two species that are such a big thorn in the side of the whole race of Shu'Halo, so he decided that he'd try to keep the quilboars at bay, by himself if he had to, to keep them from overwhelming his tribe, after a large centaur or harpy raid.

So when he had reached adulthood, he gathered his friends, and organized a raid party, to strike and slaughter small groups of Quilboar that were near where ever his tribe would set camp. His small, but very helpful heroics had kept most of the quilboar from attacking his tribe, and so he had earned his second name.

Huorn had been in Mulgore for the battle of mount hyjal and other significant events in the third war, however recently he had decided to fight for the Horde.
