This is the hour of the Forsaken

For too long has the living scorned and mocked us, for too long have their soldiers and warriors attacked and ravaged our lands. It is time for us to mobilize for war! To cull the treacherous breathers from our world, take our rightful place and earn our revenge against all those that would oppose us. We are the Harbingers of the Gift, of Vengeance and of Death!

For the Shadow, for the Forsaken, for the Harbingers; Death to the Scourge and death to the living!


The Harbingers is an organization who draw their numbers from the undead, lead by Apothecary Alistus their official goal is to establish the Forsaken, or all free-willed undead, as the main force on Azeroth. Or more accurately to slaughter all those that would oppose the undead, this of course means about everyone. Fierce supporters of the Royal Apothecaries plague research and the Hand of Vengeance´s operations on Northrend the members come from any walk of life, apothecaries, soldiers, Death Stalkers and civilians can find their place within the Harbingers fold. Some join to form the paradise on Azeroth, in undeath there is no disease or hunger, no death. Others simply wish to force their own misery on others and others again find joy in having a defined purpose.


IC Rules:

1: All members are to respect the chain of command, order has to be absolute.

2: All members are to keep knowledge gleaned from the organization to themselves, we are in war and must not let the enemy know of our intentions.

3: Breathers and the mindless are to be killed when possible, but remember that sometimes it is better to let live and cause havoc than to kill a make a martyr.


OOC Rules:

1: All members are to have read the server Rules and agree to them (this everyone should have done of course).

2: Members are expected to try to be an example for others to follow role-play wise as well as OOC.

If it is found that someone is causing trouble OOCly or getting into petty arguments often they will be kicked, we want keep members that are mature and does not cause trouble for others.

A few warnings, members found breaking any of the OOC rules will be kicked from the guild immediately, we do not accept rudeness or any form of griefing (power-play, godmoding etc) and will work against this. If it is found that someone is causing trouble OOCly or getting into petty arguments often they person will be kicked from the guild as well.

It should be said that the guild is much intent on warfare, being that it is in conflict with many other organizations it will move amongst the shadows and the underside of society. Assassinations, kidnappings, poisonings will be part of the agenda but also all out attacks and raids when possible. Due to the situation the guild will likely establish contact with other organizations of various factions as a means to gather resources and temporary allies against a common foe.


Chain of command:

Lead by Apothecary Alistus the Harbingers currently have only two other positions, though those that gain influence and prestige within the organization will likely be awarded with both titles and other more monetary rewards as well as the knowledge that they took us one step closer to dominion.

Shade: These men and women are given specific tasks and responsibilities within the organization, maintains order and leads smaller operations.

Harbinger: The bulk of the organization, the Harbingers are the soldiers, assassins, traders, workers, arcanists and spies of the organization, they aid the Shades´ assignments and participate in operations carried out by any of the higher ups.
