Personality

Grubaz is a bit eccentric, if not outright crazy, when compared to other orcs. He likes danger, blowing up "huumiez", and jerry-rigged mechanical equipment. Not at all afraid to speak his mind, considering the thought lasts for a short time. Grubaz is always willing to start a fight, fight in said fight, and win that fight, although if he looses he will most likely attempt to blow up the winner. He also doesn't care too much for Humans, but most of the other races he doesn't really care. The Horde, something he loosely considers himself in, is just that to him. Nothing much, but he does value Ork Supremacy. Green Power.

Skills and Abilities

Grubaz is surprisingly capable in the field of engineering, he has the ability to create a wide range of items including grenades, guns, and half-ass robots.

History

Grubaz was born some twenty four years ago to a random orc woman, in a region of Alterac in a Blackrock Camp, and the male who just took her. Immediately this orc was thrown around to prove his worth from the moment he could pick up a weapon. It was an inconsistent consistency for him to get the crap kicked out of him in order to toughen him up. For nearly eight years this continued.

When he turned twelve he actually managed to run away from the Horde and found the town of Booty Bay. It was there he found his love of blowing things up. A goblin engineer by the name of Spooty found the orkling at his door whilst in the middle of his experiments. Grubaz had been watching the goblin work diligently on a new type of rifle he was modifying. Grubaz was eager to watch the goblin work, and learn from him as well. Grubaz became, essentially, a slave to Spooty. Working long hours in his workshop to help his master pay rent and gambling debts. But at the same time, Spooty taught Grubaz nearly everything he knew about making an assortment of explosive weapons and rifles. Grubaz took in as much knowledge as he could, year after year he would continue to practise his art.

When Grubaz turned sixteen he figured he had learned all he could from Spooty and decided it was time for him to move on. Stealthily Grubaz went to work to leave his master a farewell surprise. While Spooty was out one night, racking up more debt, Grubaz began to hide and wire about fifteen small explosive charges in the walls of the Workshop. He carefully grabbed his things, along with many of Spooty's tools, and set a trip wire for Spooty.

Boarding a rickety goblin ship by the name of "The Fat Princess", Grubaz watched Booty Bay fade into the horizon. But, as if the port town had waved goodbye, an explosion rocketed up into the night air. Spooty was gone, and Grubaz was on his way out. It had been a full two days before Grubaz had managed to hear that his ship was en route to the Goblin home isle of Kezan. He had figured to himself that he could try to apprentice himself to another fool and do the same as he had to Spooty.

His plan was set, or at least it was until some monstrous thing with what seemed like a thousand massive tentacles grabbed hold of the ship. Grubaz was awakened hastily by a pair of crewmates attempting to get everyone off the ship onto the single lifeboat. The lone orc was of course, left behind, along with a sizable amount of unarmed crew and passengers. Grubaz got one good look at the lifeboat before it suddenly disappeared between two massive tentacles before everything went black.

A day or so later, he guessed, he woke up drifting on a few planks of what was the deck of "The Fat Princess". Groggily he managed to make it a semi-proper raft with the addition of part of the sail (along with some stitched clothing), a few chunks of wood fashioned into a rudder, and a pair of planks widdled a bit into what could be assumed to be oars. It wasn't a horrible thing, that he was stranded out here, in fact it gave him some much needed time to think.

The orc drifted, and tried to continue his voyage, eventually arriving at what he assumed was Kezan. He was right, as he landed on a beach and slowly made his way to the nearest inn and bought himself a room and six gallons of fresh water. When he awoke, it was as if nothing had happened to him. He was refreshed, eager, and ready to set off. He managed to find a small robotics workshop and convinced the owner to let him learn. For about two years he worked and learned in that robotics workshop from the owner, Razzle Firetops. Grubaz had proven somewhat capable of putting together rickety machinery and, surprisingly, make it work somewhat properly. But like all goblin-designed machinery, everything he built and tested with blew up in his face. Eventually, Grubaz tired of Razzle, another three years had passed and Razzle had run out of things to teach his pupil.

Some years later we find Grubaz fast approaching Northrend on another goblin ship. Grubaz had signed up into a group that was harvesting lumber in a region known as the Grizzly Hills. The Venture Company had just arrived, a good couple of months before any reported Horde or Alliance armies that were seen to be moving north. They needed mercenaries to protect their equipment and employees. Grubaz was more than happy to oblige. However, when the Horde had arrived in the Grizzly Hills, Grubaz began to have second thoughts. He quietly stole some plans in the middle of the night, gathered his things, and left for the nearest Horde Military base of Conquest Hold. He approached seeking to join the Horde, to put his technical expertise to use.

Skip a couple of months and we find Grubaz has adapted well to his Horde comrades, being known for his "Blow'd it upz, 'n dun' ask no queshuns later" method of fighting. He was mostly sent off with other detachments to fight the Alliance on different fronts in Northrend. He grew close to the thought of destroying humans with firepower. He became a bit notorious by his method of attacking the Alliance. He'd set up a false trigger of decoys on a road that had ditches off the side. When the Alliance would walk by, they'd spot the triggers and jump off into the ditches in case there were more explosives. There was, in the ditches Grubaz had planted enough explosives to level a large hill.

His commander continued to exploit Grubaz' use of explosives, sending him off ahead of Alliance Convoy's and such for the rest of the war. It wasn't long before Grubaz was eventually let go with the death of the Lich King. He then began to wander Azeroth, to sort of experience everything it had to offer. Of course he is also looking for different mechanical parts for something he has in mind for the future. And there we have our ork, exploring the world ready to do what he can to succeed.
