Personality

Alignment: Lawful Good

The Draenei are well known for their fantastic hospitality, and Finin is no different. He might be one of the nicest persons anybody gets to meet. Even when you're on his wrong side, which hardly ever happens due to his majestic strength of will, he will practically apologize to you just so he can escape unnecessary arguments. This Draenei will not hurt anybody for hurting his own self, though if they hurt someone close to him, the spirits' force, combined with Finin's fearsome strength will crush all who stand in their way. His relationships with his kin and other races all the same look very artificial to a third party. The friendship often turns into something you could call a 'service bond'.

History

Most of the time, Finin's only companion was his shadow, appearing on the opposite side of the fiery light of the forges. He was a blacksmith for almost his whole life, and when he wasn't smithing, he was mining for crystals to be ready for the next order. Swinging the tough and heavy smith's hammer, his arms and biceps got naturally stronger, so he was actively asked for favors when it came to lifting heavy stuff. The few people he had consistent contact with usually recognized him by the mere fact that his height exceeded every average Draenei's by a whole head, if not more. Some of them attempted to get close to him, to create a bond stable enough to be called friendship. He, however, did not seem to have a strong wish to sacrifice his time for connecting with his kin, and those he rarely did connect with perished on the multi-millenia trip through space. Nobody knows how he kept on starting his trade from scratch over and over again, as the Draenei restlessly leaped from planet to planet, evading Sargeras' destructive, but inevitable power. As soon as they landed on another planet, he'd set up a forge, an anvil and started working right away. Was it his self-conscience, or was he bossed around in his youth so much that it had become a habit, it will never be known, but the fact stands that he was a loner, and very static. He had been doing the same for thousands of years, before he finally landed on Azeroth. Something ticked in his brain that day, when their spaceship - Exodar crashed down from the ever-changing heavens onto Azuremist Isle.

He was then interested in something else - The balance of nature and the elements. He did a little study, and combined it from what he's heard from the Orc Shaman while he was off trying to teach the green-skins real smithing with a small group of colleagues. After a while, he finally figured out that he wants to be a shamanism practitioner. He was looking for a way to get called by the spirits for a month, 'till he found out that the only way to be a shaman is to be taught by one. He found an available Broken One, who agreed to teach him all the knows. The number of drops of sweat spent training, the hours upon hours spent meditating have eventually paid off, as he got approached by the spirit of wind during a storm. Since then, he's been honing his bond with the spirits, as if honing the perfect blade.

Now, he wanders Azeroth and beyond, searching for more and more means to further extend his relationship with nature and its controllers, untill he becomes as close as possible to the spirits.

Skills and abilities

His bond with the spirits is strong. Being first contacted by the spirit of wind, it holds a primary position in his favor with the spirits. His smithing skills are still quite existent, even though he's quit a few years ago. He still, and quite a few times, picks up the smith's hammer and works on metal or crystals. He's not a poor combatant either! Using some weapons he'd crafted on various planets and out of various materials, he's practiced combat, favoring the axe as a weapon of choice.
