Appearance

Evie, having enjoying fashion and even vibrant colors, composed her main garments mainly of a simple white blouse and light blue pants. However, over time as she discovered new fashions and even materials, she made her outfit more complex. She added a royal purple vest, adorned with gold thread and buttons, and applied gold buttons onto her blouse. She also added a long strip of gold around the cuffs of her blouse. Sparking a revolution to her outfits, her final result added purple gloves, pads being put into her blue pants, and a red belt around her waist, with a red shirt underneath the blouse. Of course, she also wears robes too when needed, as long as they are flashy, stand out, or just elegant. Her weapon(s) are a staff and wand, which are sometimes adorned with jewels, or enchanted.

Personality

Evie enjoys the finer things in life; exotic vacations, rich foods, exquisite clothes. She enjoys eating chocolate strawberries as a snack, and typically drinks water, as she avoids alcohol. She comes off as very modest… most of times, often avoiding drugs and alcohol, although she has her days where she just wants to kick back and do some friendly sparring. When it comes to her personality, she is very caring and motherly, although she can be really mean and nasty when she gets pushed to her limit. She has a temper unlike other Draenei, which she inherited from her childhood, and takes threats seriously, retaliating by threatening... she believes that if her feelings are hurt, it's only fair that the offender has their feelings hurt as well. Still, she worships the light like many others and makes references to it every now and then, even out of shock; “Oh my light!”. On a side note, she likes reading books in her free time, enhancing her outfits and/or looks, or other things relating to vanity. Most of her personality is influenced from time spent traveling, or from her parents, who seemed to be reclusive and kept to theirselves.

History

Evie was born on a planet where she lived most of her childhood (until it was destroyed), and when the time came and it was, she departed it, moving on to other planets. On that planet where she was born, she lived a good life unlike others around her, her parents sustaining a higher class appearance and making sure she got the best out of life. In spite of that though, she lived a normal life, doing duties and carrying out deeds. When the time came though, her parents made sure she got out of most situations safely through unknown means.

Childhood

As a child, Evie was fat, little, and as she likes to say, the “ugly duckling”… she was also usually the instigator. She'd pick fights if she didn't get her way, bully others, and harass people to the point where they would often try to avoid her. However, she also had something about her that made them want to stay and not leave her. She often says that she did this because she felt like the children were like sheep and stupid, and if she didn't get her way she didn't feel accomplished. She felt accomplished by making SURE she had her way.

However, Evie wasn't always a bad child. She found herself excelling among the other gifted children in things normal kids wouldn't excel in, and she showed signs of promise as a child. She contributed to the well-being of others she found deserving of her contributions, and would feel sometimes good about it.

…In what may be called her ‘teen' years, Evie soon sprouted out of being a fat and instigating child into a tall, well-built young lady who's looks seemingly surpassed the other teen's, also making a dramatic change to being a nicer person. Still, she had her faults. Ignoring her beauty, she tended to hang out with the boys and be rough, loud, and even somewhat masculine, shedding her long hair for something shorter, and training in swordplay…. One could say she has potential to even be a warrior with her skills in swordplay.

Evie ignored her astonishing potential at wielding mana and using it effectively, diving down into the path of a warrior. She would partake in fights that involved fists, often winning as champion, occasionally not even taking a title, but she would learn from that. She gained quite a bit of muscle and would be mistaken for a male because of her short hair and defined muscles, ignoring her feminine face. Soon, seemingly quicker than she realized, she was pushed upon the Oshu'gun and its departure to leave.

Departure

On departure, her parents used ways she doesn't even know of to board it quickly and safely, and she recalls that she was pushed in front of many others boarding it. Their main priority was to have the daughter in complete safety, and as Evie was as a young woman, getting her way, they got their way. She still doesn't know to this day how they did it.

Finding safety on the ship that lead to the crash on Draenor, Evie didn't know what was wrong with life anymore. Her parents protected her carefully and closely, and became paranoid; they took her away from her friends, and shielded her so much that she lost a sense of what society was like. She was truly alone and she spent her spare time drawing, reading books, or meditating. Elina would add that she got her sense of being paranoid by hearing things speak to her at night, seeing things and hallucinating.

The time came an unknown time later and her parents allowed her to see the light, allowing her back into society, and she believes that her parents secretly had several other children while she was in hiding. As she was set out, she followed the path of the mage, although she didn't make her talents in it too known. Amongst the other things she does not know about, she does not know why they hid her and she's merely speculating that they had another child. She received signs that they did like their income going elsewhere, and she would cry at night in frustration and confusion.

Crash!

Upon crashing onto Draenor, Evie was deeply sheltered and she was confused as a result, feeling like she had a wool cloth placed over her eyes. She would demand an explanation one day why she was constantly shielded, and her father, replying casually, told her, “It's the best for us.”.. it took her a while to figure out that “us” meant her parents, and not her. She finally gave in to faith and prayed and worshiped every night, all cried out.

Her parent's sudden change wasn't what made the biggest dent in her. The crash separated them and tore her life apart suddenly, and she often ran away on Draenor despite the best efforts to make her stay by the locales. She developed a keen interest of exploring as a result, and she changed to calm after countless nights spent alone in the dark, laying on her back and gazing out at the sky. She knew how to protect herself as well because of training she had taken.

Times changed and she became a respectful woman, sweet talking and, in a way, motherly. She didn't let that get to her head however and kept her distance from others, fearful of jealousy, hatred, or even bad feelings. Nights were spent, as a result, bringing out her anger and frustration and keeping up her training as a mage. Her running away was quickly stopped and she stayed in safety, because of the orcs, others around her protective.

The contact with the orcs suddenly changed her, making her friendly to… almost everyone. She doesn't know why, but she may say that things would be better if everyone was friendly to one another. Deciding that being friendly was the best choice, she kept on that path. However, she knew that bloodshed would be fine in her books as long as it was reasonable.

Attack

Naturally, the day happened when the orcs came and attacked. Elina, seasoned enough to fight, attempted to help take up and defend against the orcs, but her peers took her along to safety. She would remark, “They felt my life was too dear to them to be endangered. Even as a young child people felt protective of me. I wanted to prove them wrong, but I was in no position to do so… I suppose.”

Exodar

Evie traveled with a group onto the Exodar, gaining access without her parent's help. From there she stayed huddled in it, and she was among the others who survived it. From the crash she helped as much as she could, and finally set off to depart to explore the world.

Aftermath

Evie now resides in whatever she can call home as a vagabond, now trying to find a place to call home. Her friends help her a long the way, and she tries to find a job to make a living.
