She also looks upon paladins with awe and respect.

History

Eve grew up in a village settlement in the Elwynn forest, to a wealthy family from Stormwind, who had moved there for peace in retirement. A rich family out in the villages attracted the attention of the Defias brotherhood, and in an unfortunate incedent, the family were robbed of most of their valued possession, and their 12 year old daughter, Eve, as a hostage, to keep the family quiet, while demanding a constant stream of gold.

After a while, the family hired a bounty hunter to return the child, but when the bounty hunter failed, Evie was killed, her throat cut, and the defias fled, along with the bounty hunter. By a stroke of luck, a friend of the family had figured out what was happening, and tracked down the defias's location. Managing to perform a resurrection, Eve was brought back to life, and within a year, she had physically recovered from the ordeal, though the resurrection had put a strain on her breathing, and physical development.

Eve, having developed a huge admiration for the paladin that saved her life, tracked him down, requesting that he train her alongside him, but she was heartbroken at his refusal, stating she was too physically weak to assume the role of paladin, she would not be able to cope with the grueling training they go through. Though with some coercion with the priests of Stormwind, he had her initiated into early priesthood, and she began studying the ways of the light fervently, becoming an accomplished priestess. Once she had come of age, she began travelling the world, helping the most needy, while spreading the word of the light, and also searched for the most corrupt souls, and strived to convert them, believing there could be goodness in anyone.
