Since her arrival in Booty Bay about four months ago, her armour has changed rather rabidly, due to numerous battles and other unfortunate events which have rendered her armour useless. On most occasions her usual attire will be of leather and cloth, either green or brown. She rarely puts anything on her shoulder because it limits her speed and agility when using weapons.

Personality

Alignment: Chaotic/Neutral Good

Elyre has very mixed emotions for pretty much everyone and everything, though she will always find a good side in someone, she also finds the bad. Her tongue is sharp and she will argue heatedly as she loses her temper showing her very passionate side which only really surfaces when in built up areas, surrounded by people and technology.

When in the wilds and close to nature she is much more serene and happy, she finds comfort in solitude and enjoys simply wandering off into the wilderness, just her and her bow. She is by no means a pacifist, she will only kill animals in order to eat or for safety, yet she will have no problem firing on a creature of greater intelligence if it threatens her or the ones she cares for ( of which there are few, but they always seem to be the ones in trouble ).

History

Young for a Kaldorei, Elyre was born into a time of relative peace where her people where still recovering from the calamities years before but had reached at least a semblance of structure and security. Due to this she felt no dire obligation to join as a Sentinel or fight for her people as a child, as many of the other females did. Her father was a druid who she rarely saw, due to both his duty to teach and help and her own love for solidarity, independence and the wild. Her mother was a bowyer and a fletcher, she often made Elyre bows and arrows to play with all through her childhood and eventually taught her the trade.

Elyre spent most of her childhood among the trees alone, she would go months without talking to another elf, sleeping under the stars, killing and foraging for food and drinking from streams. She could think of nothing better she would rather do and years passed like this. She had few friends and preferred company of the beasts in the forests. She would often tend injured beasts or lost cubs back to health, or kill creatures whose suffering was to great. She found little time for religion and superstition though she would uphold the traditions of her people when around others out of respect and convenience more than anything. She believes completely in the natural cycle of life and death and finds foreign and unnatural interventions wrong.

At the age of 300, Elyre left the safety of her homeland forests in which she grew up in, with a farewell and a blessing from both her parents and a mighty bow from her mother, she set out on a journey that took her years as she wondered in mostly solitude through the forests and the mountains and the deserts of Kalimdor. This was a time of war yet she was largely unaffected, she would hide or kill if necessary but she mostly just wandered the harsher terrain were fewer people roamed.

She arrived in Menethil Harbour, in the year 30 and her quest for adventure and exploration was just beginning in these new kingdoms. She decided first to travel south and went on a journey that took her 2 years, passing through Human hamlets, dwarven cities, gnomish camps and meeting a vast amount of people on this seemingly more populated part of Azeroth. She began to enjoy company slightly more and travelled with others, merchants, soldiers, bandits, anyone who took her fancy.

She finally arrived in Booty Bay, the most southern tip of the Eastern Kingdoms, her plan was to stay for a day or two then head out again but an unlikely turn of events involving her being robbed of all her gold then finding work with a mercenary has kept her there for months.

Now though, she is planning on travelling back to Ashenvale with another female Kaldorei, both tired of the human lands.
